“Property was very nice. Rooms were pretty. Was very weird and inconvenient that there was no dinner mirror in the bathroom itself only in the room which was sort of shared as the kitchen, said there was a desk and there was only a little cubby with a stool and the lighting in the whole room was not good for putting on makeup or anything like that”

“Tour guide for all three of our tours, Ashley, was amazing! The car lot attendant was informative and kind. She made us feel welcomed.
The lady at the check in desk was outstanding and knowledgeable. The tours were great.
The steam room was inop.
The gym should have been more accessible. We cannot wait until 8am to exercise all the time with our busy itineraries.

I accidentally booked our stay for the wrong about of people and they were able to easily fix it, they also helped with early check-in/check-out.
