The room was clean, the staff were friendly, and the room was fully equipped with everything needed, including facilities for cooking. The host was very kind and responded quickly to any questions. It takes about a 6-minute walk from the house to downtown, which is very convenient.”

“Came to Aspen for Ruggerfest 2025, this provided a great home base for the weekend. Clean and quiet and only a 10 minute walk from both fields. Ideal location for people coming to town for future ruggerfests.”

“Great affordable place to stay in Aspen. Loved the included breakfast and parking. The room was outdated, the floor was dirty and the bathroom was a little moldy the shared balcony screen door was broke and would not shut and the floor at the balcony door was rotten. The sofa bed so so horribly uncomfortable, it’s not a mattress. Other than the room the property was great. Will probably stay again just not in the room we were in.”

“Staff is very friendly and helpful! The draft through the window and window-unit however made the room temperature difficult to manage. The beds felt clean but weren’t comfortable given the temperature issues in the room. ”

The unit was incredibly comfortable and furnished perfectly, with everything we needed to feel right at home. Ali was a fantastic host. She was responsive, welcoming, and easy to communicate with. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!”
