The Aspen Alps staff pick you up at the airport and bring you to your condo. They are. Always very helpful. The well equipped health club and spa is an added bonus.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The team at Aspen Alps are very professional and friendly and treat you like friends. I give high marks to the staff at the gym & spa. They really work hard to accommodate your needs and requests. We stayed in the 400 building up the hill. Do not stay up the hill because you will walk your buns off. I will say the Alps shuttle service was always happy to help when called.The Alps has amazing staff overall. My only complaint (besides the hill) is that the snow plow piles up the snowbank so that it blocks the ski in/out access to the slope. Climbing through it in boots wiht skis and poles is no fun.
