Feel like a Local in Aspen

Walking distance to downtown Aspen and surrounded by a great trail system. The home has an open floor plan upstairs, the kitchen, dining area and living room all flow together. Looking out to a perfect view of Aspen mountain in the winter, or a flower filled shady deck in the summer. Downstairs is a second living room and two bedrooms with spacious bathrooms. Myself the home owner occupies one the other would be your home away from home. Toto my Old English Sheepdog will also share the home.
The space
Share a house with a long time local. Live for a month or longer in a locals neighborhood. Walk or bus everwhere, no need for a car.
Guest access
There’s two large living rooms and a great kitchen. In addition to your large bedroom and private bath. Laundry in the entry hall. A great winter view of Aspen mountain. Summer a deck filled with flowers and heavily shaded privacy.
Other things to note
No dirty dishes allowed in the kitchen sink!
There is no parking available at the house. But the free transportation in Aspen is amazing and there is parking outside of our sub division.
