Vista migliore e condominio più alto in tutta l'area centrale Aspen. Ma è un'escursione per arrivarci. 70 gradini al terzo piano. È come salire su un Nyc walkup al 5 ° piano. Non hanno fatto che gli ascensori siano tornati nel 1968. Scherzi a parte, se fumi o sei in sovrappeso, non consiglierei questo appartamento.

1 camera matrimoniale (letto king size) / 1 camera da letto a soppalco (2 gemelli), 2 bagni condominio.  Piano più alto! Molto tranquillo! Nessun maestro di scale richiesto per la settimana in cui visiti! La planimetria copre 3 piani con la camera da letto principale ed entrambi i bagni al piano inferiore. Cucina / soggiorno piano intermedio. E soppalco sopra la cucina, ultimo piano.

Master camera da letto ha un letto king size pillow top. Il soppalco è arredato con 2 letti singoli.

Attenzione! Attenzione! mesi estivi di giugno, luglio, agosto il loft diventa un caldo. Vorrei suggerire che il condominio è buono per solo due persone in quei mesi. Ci sono condizionatori autonomi nell'unità durante i mesi estivi. Sfortunatamente, l'associazione non consentirà attraverso i condizionatori d'aria a parete. Anche i condomini nelle vicinanze hanno questo tipo di aria condizionata, anche se fanno pagare due volte quello che chiedo. Anche le residenze Saint Regis e Little Nell (a un isolato di distanza) fanno pagare circa $ 1000 a $ 2000 a notte in estate. Ma hanno un ascensore e aria centrale.

Un posto auto viene fornito con l'unità.

La camera da letto principale, il soggiorno e il soppalco offrono una vista su Aspen e sulla valle. Puoi vedere le tempeste di neve salire sulla valle. È magico. Il soggiorno ha un camino a legna (legna arredata), tv via cavo, internet ad alta velocità, divano, sedie e scrivania.  La cucina è perfetta per mangiare con bancone e cucina completamente attrezzata. Gli ospiti possono godere della nuova estate 2018 -jacuzzi e piscina riscaldata. Puoi controllare chi è nella jacuzzi dalla tua veranda. In estate, goditi la seduta su uno o entrambi i portici.

Fai le valigie o fai trasportare il taxi dal bagaglio. Quando entro, uso borse della spesa riutilizzabili e leggere per trasportare vestiti. Molto più leggero delle valigie.
 
Trascorri la giornata sciando, passeggiando per la città, facendo shopping o partecipando a favolosi eventi che Aspen ha da offrire.

Specchi a figura intera rivestono le pareti del soggiorno e della camera da letto principale, quindi anni '80. Lo adoro!

Fabulous!

Wonderful apartment in prime Aspen location - absolutely loved our stay! Clear communication from Carol, well equipped, clean apartment with wonderful views over Aspen. (Yes, like others mentioned, it is 3 floors up - a good cardio workout.. - but you'll be rewarded by wonderful sunsets from the balcony)

Condo worked out great. Easy ski in/out access to Gondola. A bit of a hike up the hill from town. Condo layout was a little funky with both bathrooms downstairs

This was just a couple blocks from downtown, so the location was amazing. The only downfall was that we had to climb three large flights of stairs with all our luggage!

Aspen family ski vacation

We had a great vacation with our kids (8 and 11)! The hot tub and heated pool were right outside the condo, and the walk up and down was not bad. We skied in/out with the kids when we were at Aspen, and it was an easy walk to the bus to access the other mountains. The condo was perfect for our family of 4!

Great stay, great location

The condo is very clean and in a great area. Ski locker and train to the gondola make it super convenient. Carol is very communicative and was helpful when needed!Ski home trail was a little difficult to find but was very convenient once we found it.

Excellent option in Aspen

The stairs are indeed no joke and the ski-out path wasn't the favorite of those who did it, but the condo was great on the inside and Carol was a very responsive and helpful host who worked with us to get an early checkin and overall very smooth stay!

Aspen has four ski mountains. If you're skiing at Aspen Mountain and you can handle black diamonds, it's ski-in, which will require you to brave a narrow, steep, trail with trees. If you're a beginner, you should ski Buttermilk, which is a 10-minute drive or shuttle ride away.About a 5-7 minute walk with skis to Aspen Mountain gondola or the shuttle to other mountains. Parking: be sure to display your parking pass. I went to the office at 8am to retrieve it. The office was closed. At 8:47am a parking attendant was putting a note on my car threating to boot it. Easy walk to grocery store and shopping in Aspen. Condo itself was A. Nice view. Odd design: I slept in the loft and had to walk down two different flights of stairs to reach bathroom. Pool was heated and comfy even in winter. Walking up to 3rd floor in the high altitude will require you to be in shape. Host was also an A.

Beautiful views and walkable

We really enjoyed our stay in the hidden gem! The bright open spaces and large windows were completely appreciated. The bed was super cozy! We came to work remotely due the week and had a great time.

Had a great time at this Vrbo. The host was communicative and friendly! She provided recommendations for food and hikes! The location is fantastic and walking distance from downtown. Will be going back :)

Two guys wearing hiking boots all week

This small condo met all our needs as planned hiking daily our main focus. Location to downtown was great to allow easy walking access to evening dining & all of downtown activities. The condo had a great master bedroom with private bath. There was limited closet & drawer space. The loft with twin beds was a difficult access for us. The small tight spiral staircase to the loft was a difficult traverse & bathroom far away. The owner moved one of mattresses to main level making easier access to 2nd bathroom opposite the door to master bedroom which was down about 8 steps below main level. There were the air conditioners floor units, one on the main level & one in master bedroom. Only fans were available in the loft. The condo air conditioning was adequate & the units were attached to plexiglass covering the only windows that would open, thus preventing the ability to open the windows. The units did keep it cool but fresh air would have been nice.This wouldn’t be a problem in the winter. The pool & jacuzzi were spectacular. The 70 steps up from parking lot were manageable & covered for weather protection. All appliances were new & kitchen well stocked, except no toaster oven but oven broiler worked fine. For two solo guys it met ALL of our needs and comfort with the moved loft mattress to main level.The condo complex was small and quiet. We did occasionally use the TV which had All of Xfinity channels. WiFi was flawless all week.This condo gets 4 stars overall.from 2 hiking guys

Great location and a welcoming experience

We stayed at this property for a summer wedding. The unit comfortably slept four, is neat and clean, and is well represented on the site. Our host was gracious, friendly and responsive. She communicated all the important details, and made our stay feel like a vacation.

Loved my stay

Carol was a LOVELY, available and honest host! The condo was in a great location, close to town, yet a trek uphill to get there. The condo was a great size for two people and good amenities. The climb up the stairs multiple times a day is NOT for the weary! Be aware, please. I wish in 12 days there, we had been provided housekeeping. I did enjoy very very much and had it have been on a lower floor or had an elevator, I would rent again.

Lovely Condo close to Aspen Core

This 3rd floor condo has great views, a wonderfully equipped kitchen, thoughtful amenities and is close to restaurants, the Saturday Farmer’s market and all that Aspen offers. It is also very quiet for being so close to everything. There are 2 room air conditioners that were very welcome during our stay. The pool/hot tub was great and the parking lot is more than adequate. The owner communication was excellent and we were well aware that the building does not have an elevator. The steps are wide, covered and after the first day or so, not an issue. We would definitely return and enjoyed our stay immensely.

EXCELLENT!!!

We absolutely loved our stay at Carol’s place! The condo is in a perfect location for walking Aspen. We were easily able to walk to City Market for groceries, all the dining spots, coffee, gelato, everything! The condo is on the top floor and as stated, it’s a hefty climb to get up there with your luggage. But so worth it! Views are fantastic!!!! The condo was incredibly clean when we checked in! Getting our parking pass was an easy process and plenty of spots right outside the building. We stayed with our two teenage boys, 13 & 15. There is a loft up stairs with two twins. Perfect for them. They had a separate bathroom downstairs which was great. The portable a/c units Carol provides were a huge bonus. There is one in the master bedroom which kept us very cool at night, and one in the living room. And there are extra fans provided. We cooked in a few nights and had everything we needed. And Carol was amazing! She communicated so quickly from the beginning, answering all of my questions!! We will definitely be back to stay here!!!! Thanks for having us!

Great Location & Accommodations

We lucked out with this bright & open floor plan. My wife and I are active 59 yr olds and we did not find the stairs to the top - 3rd level location to be an issue...especially compared to the amazing hikes 😊 The location is amazing as you look out huge windows or from your nice porch chairs toward a beautiful mountain. We walked .25 mi for a wedding at the Nell and 10 minutes to all the restaurants & bars. Parking was convenient in the lot. It was .75 mi jog to the John Denver Sanctuary & start of Rio Grande Trail (one of best town running/biking trails ever seen). It looks like you can ski right up to place. It took us :30 to drive to the Maroon Bells Trail (get a park pass in advance). The kitchen is great with a nice island and chairs. We liked the multi-level feel and made it seem even bigger. Great shower. We were too busy for the pool/hot tub but saw just the right of people enjoying it. This place blew away the hotel rooms of our friends that were twice the place. It could be the best value in Aspen.
