“Very cosy and comfortable apartment in the centre of Aspen, super-close to ski tracks and also to the supermarket. Highly appreciated all services, i.e. the inner garage, wood and all accessories to light the fireplace in the apartment, coffee tea and water available in the hall. A place where to relax and enjoy winter time.”

Reported it Saturday morning — was offered a rollout mattress in the living room or a downgraded condo on the floor level, with no views and bunk beds. Spent the rest of my stay chasing a manager who never called back. GM’s response when I escalated? Refused any refund and called my complaint “threatening.” I have photos. Save your money. ⭐️”
