“We had a wonderful time at the JW. The staff were fantastic and friendly. Everyone there was warm and helpful. We especially enjoyed talking to Angela at breakfast each morning. The property was modern and comfortable with multiple decorative pools. Our room looked straight into the ocean and the tall mountains behind. “Everything was really excellent. The service was fantastic, the location wonderful, the hotel very beautiful. The breakfast is also great, and the food in general is of very high quality. The only thing that could have been better was the gym, which is only a small room that must be booked 1 day in adance becuase only 3 people can fit at once.
