“This property is not an entire home rental as listed in the description. The property manager lives in the basement. The rental is the entire upstairs of the home. You are able to hear the talking, showering as well as other loud noises when they are downstairs, especially when they come in at 1am and are load for an hour before going to bed. The property is a good location to downtown Weston, is an older home and could use a deep clean. I killed two brown recluse spiders while staying.”

“It is not clear in the listing but this house has TWO suites. The Primary is upstairs. The lower level has a two queen room with a full bathroom off of it. The bathroom is a little small but we didn't mind. In addition. There is another bedroom and hallway full bath off the hallway outside its door. Great house with a good location.”

“We are pretty easy to please people, but we were disappointed by this property, especially the cleanliness. It was extremely dirty with hair everywhere, including a giant hairball set on top of the shower. There were only two towels and one washcloth that appeared to have been leftover from the prior occupant. There were clothes from prior occupants as well.”

“very very peaceful. It's an old farmhouse, so has a couple quirks and an odd floorplan, but it worked very well for us, and the serene location was perfect.”

“Upon arrival, it appeared that the kitchen had not been cleaned at all. We had to wipe down the interior of the refrigerator and freezer before using. There were also multiple perishable food items left behind. We also noed a torn shower curtain. When we contacted the property manager, the only response was thanks for letting me know. ”
