Escape to this lake retreat in picturesque Athens,TX. With three comfortable bedrooms, including a king bed, queen bed, twin bed, and sunroom with futon, guests have plenty of space to relax. Two bathrooms feature a nice bathtub, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. The interior stays cozy with heating and cool with AC, ensuring a pleasant stay no matter the season. This tranquil retreat offers an excellent blend of comfort and convenience. A great place to call homebase while you're away, we hope you enjoy your stay.
