Welcome to our home, renovated in 2021 with love, care, and attention to detail. A unified living space brings together a fully equipped kitchen with a large dining/working table, a comfortable seating area, and a dedicated workspace along with piano and library. All this designed and decorated with art and objects collected along our travels. The bedroom features an extra large, king size Cocomat bed for peaceful and restful nights, and architectural glass wall to bring afternoon sun into the living space. Shower or take a bath in the spacious bathroom. The apartment is on the fourth floor with two separate working elevators, and is designed to bring in all the natural light Athens has to offer. It features independent heating (including water and gas stove) and ACs in each space. The balcony has a table fit for two, is full of plants, and is a delightful spot for a cup of coffee or tea.

The location is less than ten minutes' walk from the blue Metro line, which goes from Athens Airport through central Syntagma Square, all the way down to Piraeus, the main port of Athens. A number of buses direct connect you to the university campuses and across Athens. You can walk to Syntagma Square in 30 minutes. Our home is also a 5 minutes walk from Mavili Square, Brasilia Square, and Agios Thomas Square of Goudi, which all feature fantastic bars, cafes, and restaurants for all tastes. We are also down the street from Tromero Paidi, Athens's best bakery. There is a grocery store at the foot of the building, and two more within 300 meters. We are also a ten minute walk from Lycabettus Park and Ilisia Park. A number of gyms exist nearby, and the Olympic-size heated outdoor pool of Goudi (one of our favorite spots in Athens) is 2km away.
