The dining room is decorated in French county décor style and has multiple windows which allow for plenty of sunshine and a view of the private backyard with an outdoor seating area. The living room features an eclectic fireplace, 58” Smart Wi-Fi TV and offers plenty of lounging space. Also, there are books and gameboards to occupy the guests in their leisure time. The guest half bath and one car garage are off the hallway on the main level. (The private backyard patio featuring an outdoor seating area is off the breakfast area so you can enjoy relaxing outdoors.)
Upstairs there are three bedrooms, each with a queen size bed and ceiling fans, and two full bathrooms. A spacious master suite with queen-size bed is decorated in charming French farmhouse style and features a 43'' smart Wi-Fi tv, access to a private balcony with seating space, an oversized master bathroom with a separate garden tub and separate shower, and a spacious walking closet. Both of the other two bedrooms feature a queen-size bed, ceiling fan, unique one-of-a-kind décor art pieces, view of the back yard, and spacious closets. The laundry room, equipped with brand new washer and dryer appliances is upstairs by the bedrooms. The bathrooms are fully stocked with bath towels and hand towels. The bedrooms come fully stocked with fresh comforters, linens, blankets, and pillows. There is central A/C, central heating, trash pick-up, WIFI, cable, lawn care, in-unit washing machine and clothes dryer, and off-street parking.

We do have a Ring doorbell at our home. This allows us to monitor who enters and exits the home. This is for our safety and yours. The camera only records at the front porch entry, no other cameras are located within the home.
