“My wife and myself have rented many VRBO properties and have a top raying as guest. Unfortunately after driving for eight hours we found out the access code to the property did not work. The host did not respond to our messaging. We called vrbo customer service, they could not contact the host either. It’s located within 5 minutes of all the shopping we needed. The neighborhood is under construction, but it was very quiet and peaceful during our visit. Chris, our host, was in contact regularly as our trip approached and quickly responded to any questions. ”
