The hotel itself is beautiful, with stunning scenery and great potential. Unfortunately, the service left much to be desired. From the moment we checked in, the staff seemed unwelcoming, and customer service was noticeably lacking throughout our stay. There were no towels available at the pool, and breakfast service was nonexistent. It’s a real disappointment, as the hotel’s setting and design are truly impressive.
