Excellent communication from Yannis and Tatiani. We were picked up from the airport by Markos which was such a relief, much appreciated. We were not far from grocery, restaurants and acropolis, walking distance. Rooms were clean and everything was new and updated. I am already planning my next trip and will be definitely stay at Great Living.

Great location and room, and they reply immediately via email. Very easy check-in process. The location is quiet as well, didn’t experience any noice. Just one thing I didn’t like the smell in the room not sure what it was but it was too much.

We love the place, very clean, comfortable and great communication with the host. We rented a car but I would advise not to do that, parking is very hard and you really don’t need it to get around the city. Very comfortable beds, and blackout curtains let you sleep in, easy check in and check out.

One of the best apartment hotels I have stayed. The best thing is the staff’s attentiveness and hospitality. Of course, the room is super clean and comfortable. Although its location is convenient, the area is not so touristic and the local restaurants are nearby. Highly recommend to the family or the people who want to enjoy Athenian life!

Property is located in an extremely nice neighbourhood of Athens, and a very close walking distance to the Acropolis. Plenty of good food options nearby as well. Apartment is very clean and the staff very responsive, highly recommended if you’re planning a trip to Athens.

This hotel is very conveniently located in a quieter area but centrally located. Close to the Acropolis and museum therefore many sightseeing and dining options. The beds are amazing and rooms are very clean. The hotel seems very new. The entire management team is very helpful and offer great suggestions on where to visit in Greece. I have been here twice on my extended stay in Greece and will be back again!

This property was amazing and everything that I was looking for during my stay in Athens. It was private, clean and quiet, and we were shown were everything was should we need any additional necessities. The only drawback I could find was that the bathrooms did not have enough ventilation. One shower would steam up the room (even with an open vent) and we could see mildew start to appear on the ceiling after two days. I didn’t subtract any stars for this simply because every other thing was great and should I ever return to Athens, I wouldn’t hesitate to book again.

Great location and close to everything. It was quiet and communication with the property managers was excellent. They were able to quickly set up a reliable transport to the airport at 4 am. Very thankful for the help. Would definitely stay there again and highly recommend

Great accommodations - clean, comfortable, quiet, all necessary amenities, good location, close to dining, transportation, grocery. Property responsiveness very timely and transfers arranged. Would definitely stay here again!

This was a perfect place to stay for the last two days of a great vacation. It was in a great location for walking and getting around. It felt luxurious and had a lot of amenities. It was the only place that I stayed in Greece that had a microwave. Staff were very welcoming and helpful. I would definitely stay again.

Fantastic apartments. Staff very helpful. Luggage storage lockers in reception is a great idea. Communication was very good, but make sure you are in contact before you arrive as reception is not manned all the time.

My family and I had an excellent stay in Athens. The food was amazing and there were plenty of options to choose from. The location was fantastic with friendly locals and a truly memorable experience. Would definitely recommend this for a family holiday :)

Beautiful property close to Acropolis but without the crowds and noise. Lovely restaurants nearby. We appreciate lockers for our luggage when we arrived early and help with transportation to airport! Highly recommend!

This was my second stay at the property and I would definitely stay here again. The rooms are comfortable, clean, modern and spacious. The staff is friendly and incredibly helpful. The location is within walking distance to many sites and the subway is just a few blocks away. I also like that we have access to a washer and dryer!

Great stay!
The location was fabulous. We messaged the hotel in advance and they were super helpful arranging transport and helping with questions before we arrived. They tucked our bags away in a handy locker while we explored the city and waited for our rooms to be ready at our check in time. The room was well kept and the bottles of water (and ice trey) were very handy through our stay. We enjoyed everything about this space, including the hotel manager's recommendations on where to go for breakfast and so much more. We would absolutely stay here again!

I cannot say enough about our stay. The apartment was impeccably clean with all the amenities we needed for our 5 night stay. Communication was very good with Yannis responding to emails very quickly. Costas greeted us and helped us with our luggage. The air conditioning was in every room and worked well. Wifi was good. Laundry room on ground floor for guests and plenty of supplies for restocking the apartment. There is a lift for those of us who don’t do stairs well. Location is surrounded with markets, bars and restaurants and only 3 blocks to the base of the Acropolis and Plaka. This was a great find on Expedia. It’s one of the best stays I’ve ever had in any city and I would definitely stay here again when returning to Athens.

Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. I loved the apartment. Perfect size for me solo but could accommodate up to 3 people with someone sleeping on the couch… large balcony and eat-in kitchen. Unique decor & little messages printed all over the apartment… a nice touch. Has a little supermarket the next street over and is located near the Acropolis area. I highly recommend!

Great apartment, was clean and comfortable. Super easy to communicate with. Kostas was very friendly and helpful and Yannis helped us with sprting out airport transfer. Great location, walking distance to Acropolis and surrounding hills and Plaka. About 20 min walk to Monastiraki. The Metro station was about 3-5 mins away as well. A washing machine and dryer is available in the common area for all the apartments to share. Its a first in first serve basis so make sure to get to the machine early if youve got some laundry to do. Safe neighborhood and a few eateries including a nice little thai place close by and a supermarket about 2 mins away as well. Highly recommend.

This hotel lives up to its reviews. It has everything we needed. It was quiet, comfortable, very clean and in a great location. Yannis and Costas (sorry if spelling is wrong!) and the other staff are welcoming and very helpful. There is a grocery store close by and many great restaurants and cafes. The area is more authentic, not heaving with tourists yet such a quick and easy walk to the acropolis. We absolutely recommend staying at the Great Living Koukaki.
