Our apartment is located in Koukaki, the safest and most central area of ​​Athens, next to the metro in a newly built building with an elevator. Within walking distance, you can easily reach the famous sights of Athens such as the Acropolis (5 minutes)

Capacity:
This apartment can accommodate up to 5 guests, but for optimal comfort, we recommend 3 guests. It is ideal for families, small groups or those looking for a convenient location.

"Flexible" check-in/-out time mean:
I will try to accommodate your check-in or check-out, no matter what time it is. Note that early check ins are not always possible if I have a guest leaving that morning, as I need to allow them to check out and prepare the apartment for you. However, I can usually allow you to drop off luggage, and the apartment will usually be ready by noon or 1pm at the very latest. If you have a late flight, you are welcome to leave your luggage or even stay in the apartment if no other guest is arriving on the same day. Late check-ins are no problem at all.
