Did Not Get to Check in Due to NO Rooms Available. Traveled 7 hours to not have a room even though money was taken from my card 2 days before to 'guarantee' room is secure. When I asked for accommodation to be relocated to another location with a room, I was told I would have to pay for the stay because the money does not transfer, They charged my Card AGAIN for a night because I was unable to check in. When I asked who to speak to regarding fees Intown said to speak with Expedia, and when I spoke to Expedia they said it wasn't them, to contact Intown (While Still in lobby). On Bank Statement its Labeled as Intown Took Payment Even Though The Lady at Desk Said they don't have access to funds UNTIL check in because Expedia have payment info. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! check in was 3-6-23 still have not received any money back
