Excellent views

The views of the city at night was phenomenal. The rooms were fabulous. We did have a roll down shade that was broken in guest room that only gave a partial view of the city. Also, no ice maker but overall very nice stay

The view!

This place ruined it for us lol…we can’t ever stay anywhere but here ever again. The views are stunning, the property overall is so high end. Pool and all amenities left us speechless. The cons are very very minor….you’re obviously in the middle of Midtown so the street noise is pretty loud in the middle of the night. Also, since this unit is on the top floor and is full of windows, the unit does not cool down very easily during the day even with the AC turned way down. But all of that was very manageable given the fact you woke up to the city skyline! Would 100% stay here again. Text communication with the staff was great. We got a little freaked out when the front desk concierge didn’t have any keys for us or any information about where we were staying. Turns out they must not be directly connected to the provider of this unit. Once ALR saw my text about not being able to check in, They came right down and we were only down there waiting for about five minutes. Thanks for a great first trip to ATL!

Great place with hiccups

I would rent this place again but there was a unfortunate finding in one of the bedrooms so I would definitely have to check to make sure rooms are cleaned thoroughly. Also the wifi did not work the entire stay so I would want to check that upfront before purchase. For a penthouse and money paid that, along with the cleaning was unacceptable but my overall stay was pleasant.

Well Appointed

Beautiful penthouse, well appointed kitchen. Comfortable beds! We were there on business and enjoyed relaxing with a great view in the evenings and watching the sun rise over Atlanta in the morning. Highly recommend.

Wonderful!

The view, the amenities, and the stay, were all wonderful. Watching the sunset and sunrise each day was a highlight of our stay. The property was clean and exactly as advertised. Simply wonderful.

My husband and I stayed at the Atlanta Luxury Rental property in Midtown. The property looked just like the pictures online…GORGEOUS! The views are amazing!! The property management team was friendly and very helpful. We can’t wait to stay there again.

The Perfect Stay!

Great Unit Not So Great Communication

There was a ton of confusion at check in. Finding the parking garage and related spot was a challenge. Also the staff at the facility were not accommodating at check in. We were also not given access to the key pad to Open the unit prior to check in. We had to reach out. Overall the unit was beautiful and clean. Great location and the decor is amazing!!! The views are also breathtaking

Great City Views!!

Great communication on check in process. Very clean with a well equipped kitchen. Everyone at Concierge Desk were very friendly:) Secure parking a bonus. Very comfortable for our family of four for a long weekend stay! Would definitely stay again!

Weekend Stay

The penthouse view was stunning to say the least. The home was decorated with sleek & modern designs. The property itself was great. I did have some issues with my gate card and guest/master shower. I sent an email to the property management company but didn’t get a response. I went then went to the concierge’s desk to try to get a resolve. The desk agent sent a maintenance tech up to fix the shower. He completed the repair in less than five minutes. The agent was also able to contact the property management company to get me another gate card. Overall I was happy with my stay.
