Great family vacation spot! Beach Access, Resort Pool, Playground and Linens!

Pack up your clothes, toiletries, and food - we've got the rest covered in this beach house with TONS of extra amenities! Perfectly located in Atlantic Beach, NC, this gorgeous home offers a great location with the community pool just steps away, and a 3-minute walk across the street to the beach. This home is located in the popular Seaside Villas Community and is upgraded throughout with beautiful furnishings. Front door has coded entry for easy check-in and no worrying about lost keys. Back patio is fenced in for privacy, and has a great seating area for after those long days at the beach. If you need a break from the sand, take a dip in the resort-style pool, or walk down to Dairy Queen or the bottle shop.

You'll also be within minutes of lots of activities (NC Aquarium, boat docks, fishing piers, restaurants, bars, & Fort Macon State Park just to name a few). Morehead City, Beaufort, and Emerald Isle are also a short drive away, with amazing waterfront restaurants, shopping, and much more along the Crystal Coast!

For your convenience, we 've included additional amenities for your use such as high-speed Wifi, Smart TV's, beach chairs and toys, pool toys, coolers, beach towels, washer and dryer, and a pack-n-play and high chair. Linens and towels are also provided!

Our open floor plan is the perfect space for family gatherings and dinners, with the large and open kitchen and family room being the focal point of the first floor. There's also a half bath downstairs for your convenience before you head upstairs to the spacious bedrooms, each with its own separate bathroom.

Kitchen is fully stocked for the cook in the family and includes a Keurig coffee maker, blender, and toaster, as well as all the pots/pans, dishes, cups, and all the utensils you'll need. We even have a highchair for baby! The dining table seats 6 comfortably, plus you can have another 4 at the bartop. The quartz countertops, upgraded appliances, shiplap in the bar and dining areas, coastal chandelier and pendant lights make for a fully updated kitchen for you to enjoy!

This 3-bedroom home offers spacious bedrooms that are comfortable and inviting, with memory-foam mattresses and ceiling fans. Each floor also has its own thermostat for individualized temperature control.

Bedroom 1: King bed, plus an office desk with monitor for working-from-anywhere
Bedroom 2: Queen bed
Bedroom 3: Two sets of bunk beds (twin over twin, and twin over full with a full-size trundle underneath)

*Each bedroom has its own full bathroom with tile floors and quartz countertops, as well as a SmartTV for streaming and a private deck with sliding patio door.

NO SMOKING on the property and NO PETS.

Clean, convenient & updated condo perfect for a family with small kids. Owner was incredibly responsive throughout the trip and went above & beyond to help when our kid left a very valuable item behind. Highly recommend!

The 3-bedroom set up worked perfectly for the 3 families reuniting here. The fenced back yard made it easier to keep track of the toddlers we had with us. The short walk to the beach was ideal--no loading everyone into cars!!! We were excited about the swimming pool but never even made it. We will definitely book here again.

The rental was perfect for our family of 5. Everyone had plenty of space and the place had everything we needed. Location across street from beach access was perfect! Molly’s across street was a great spot to grab a burger after hanging out at the beach. We loved our 4 days on the coast. Loved the house decor too!

I don't think we will ever stay in another unit in Atlantic Beach. Jenny was so responsive and a really great host. Everything that we needed was there. The beach is a 2 minute walk away. The pool had lots of other kiddos for our kids to play with. Loved our stay and going back in August!

Perfect weekend getaway. The townhouse was clean and nicely decorated. Easy access to the beach just across the street. We parked our cars Friday and didn’t move them until we left Sunday. Bunk room was great for my daughter and her friends. Great communication from the host. I would definitely stay here again!

This was our first time to Atlantic Beach for a wedding. I can’t say enough great things about this property! It was clean and beautifully decorated, convenient to the beach and restaurants, and had all the amenities we could need. We would definitely stay here again!

We loved staying at your townhome!! Just as advertised, this home is very nice!! Our family of four slept in the room with the bunkbeds and we had more than enough space for the entire week. It was nice being able to walk 10 steps from the back gate and you were walking into the pool area. While we were there, we also walked in the neighborhood behind us in the mornings. The location is very hard to beat!! We look forward to staying again next year for Big Rock!!

We stayed for a beach wedding and this home was a perfect choice. Great location for a comfortable, spacious, and clean stay!! The home was clean & cozy, the hosts were responsive to questions, we couldn't have asked for a better place to stay for our family.

We have stayed at this complex 4 times now but this was our first time in this unit. The layout is perfect and worked great for four adults and four children. My kids absolutely loved the bunkbed set up. everything was quite clean and my only complaint is not with the owner at all but with the cleaning company. One of the bunkbeds did not have any sheets on it at all and had some just balled up on top along with a stack of towels so we had to take care of that as we were not certain whether they were clean or dirty.. Also the high chair was not cleaned. But everything else was quite spotless. I will add that I would prefer knowing that the cleaning company washed the sheets and towels prior to our arrival rather than the previous renter. It just gives me peace of mind for the cleanliness of it so if I were you I would probably change that policy. It was a bit time consuming on our last couple of hours in the rental to have to do laundry for the next renter while we had to pack up as my in-laws had to leave early to travel. Those are my main recommendations for future renters. I loved the beach chairs and the back porch was awesome. The owner was very responsive and eased my mind when we misplaced the back keys. Thankfully we found them pretty quickly. I love the decor in this place! I can tell that you must have small children also as everything is set up kid friendly!

My family and I booked a little get away for a change of scenery. To start our host Mrs. Tierney was very nice and accommodating. We did not have any big plans…just relaxing. The home was very nice, cozy and well stocked with whatever you may need. We will definitely visit again hoping that it will be available.

Such a lovely place! Very nicely decorated, great little outdoor space, well stocked kitchen with everything you need to cook almost any meal. Very kid friendly, we stayed with a 10 month old and had all the necessities described in the listing. There are lots of stairs, especially to reach the third floor bedroom, so definitely consider if anyone is less mobile.

This property is amazing. We have stayed in Atlantic Beach every year for the Big Rock for a decade now. This rental is beautiful, well equipped and spotless. Our family had such a great time. The pool is perfect for our family of young kids. The fenced in backyard is a great place for the kids. It’s quite a walk to the beach but there are no stairs which is key when you have a wagon.

Great place to stay. Upon arrival we found used towel in master bath. No towels in closet. Finally found towels in dryer. 2 beds had been made other beds we needed to put linens on. It would have been nice to know the coffee maker was a keurig, maybe provide a refillable cup? Once we figured all that out we had a great time. The place fit our family well. We enjoyed our stay very much. Thank you!!

Owner super responsive Check-in code provided easily and in advance Each rm has own bathroom and view Clean All cooking supplies including spices, aluminum foil, sponges, towels Plenty of toilet tissue and papertowels Lots of bath towels and beach towels Washing machine and detergent provided Easy check out with linens/towels to be washed (detergent provided) Adjustable temperature on each level Walk across the street on a wood walkway to get to the beach super easy and safe because a pedestrian crossway Trash disposal at the front of the complex is super easy to access It is 3 floors and master is on top floor so lots of privacy from kiddos.

We had a party of 4, that included mom , dad and two 17 yo teens (our daughter and her friend). We all enjoyed the condo and were very happy with the location. Condo is beautiful and is exactly as described ! Jenny, the owner, had great communication and responded quickly. We had never been to the area before and loved it. I was afraid the girls would be bored since it was a little on the cool side and not much going on with it being out of season but they both said they want to go back. We highly recommend this condo!!
