NEW RENTAL - Sound & Ocean View Duplex - 2 Blocks from Beach!

**New to Rental Market** Wonderful Duplex with both Sound and Ocean Views! Fantastic location in Atlantic Beach. Our lovely home is one block from the sound and two blocks from the beach in quiet and friendly neighborhood! Easy walking distance to multiple beach accesses.

It doesn’t get much better than a day that begins with coffee on the balcony with views of the ocean, sound, or intracoastal waterway and ends with cocktails in the same spot to watch the sunset.

You also have two screened in porches to enjoy the day w a book or sit down to eat with family. You also have the option to sit on the open deck with rocking chairs and a view.

Just a short walk to the beach… and you can shower when you return in our downstairs (outdoor accessible) bathroom!

Lots of features to love about this home. Beginning with the exterior, property has 2 decks on the backside of the home with panoramic sound and ocean views, and lots of seating. The front side of the home has 2 screened in porches with wonderful views. Upper screened in porch connects to the kitchen and has 6-8 person dining table where you can enjoy family meals with awesome views.

Lower level covered parking with super fun ring game, outdoor shower, storage area, full bathroom.

Indoor layout: Master bedroom/bathroom on top floor. bedroom walks out to screen in porch. New mounted Smart TV. King bed and full bathroom. Kitchen, and living room on top floor as well. Granite counter tops in Kitchen, fully furnished to use throughout your stay with pots, pans, silverware, glasses, cups, toaster, dual coffee maker, etc. Fully furnished living room with new Smart TV. Living room leads to deck. Windows throughout upper level for beautiful sound views and lots of natural lighting.

Second Floor: 3 bedrooms with 2 full bathrooms. 2 Queen Beds, and 2 Twin Beds. All bedrooms lead to screened porch or deck. All bedrooms have closets with built in closet storage, and new mounted Smart TV's. Washer and Dryer also on second floor.

Worth noting the home is 3 levels so guests will need to be able to utilize stairs.

Relaxing Getaway

We had a fantastic stay. The house is beautifully furnished and is equipped with everything we needed. We enjoyed the spacious decks on both sides of the house. Mike was an excellent host and provided thorough information. He responded quickly to any questions we had.

Great house with very nice owners

We’ve been going to this beach for years and really enjoyed staying at this part of the beach. You’re only a 15 minute walk from the pier where you can grab a drink or food. The house was clean and the owner communicated well the entire time. The only reason I gave four stars was that it is not directly on the beach, but the house was great, the owners were great, and that part of the beach is great. From this property to the beach was less than a five minute walk. Not a problem at all We would totally go back here again..

Great place, great location, great hosts

Everything was very clean. Very short walk to the beach. Great views from the numerous balconies, two of which were screened in. A place I will look for again for sure when I come to Atlantic Beach.

Beautiful and Comfortable Getaway- great location!

This beach house is beautifully furnished and decorated. It is exactly as represented in the listing. It is in a great location between the beach and the sound, easily walkable to both. Excellent views from all sides of the house via decks. Great technology/internet. Very well equipped home. Communication with the owner was prompt and easy. Would easily recommend this home to any friend, family member, or co-worker!
