Trascorri le tue vacanze quest'anno in spiaggia! Che posto fantastico per essere per il Ringraziamento, Natale o anche Capodanno!

Questo condominio Tar Landing è la casa vacanza ideale per famiglie ... porta più famiglie e amici a goderti la vista mozzafiato sull'oceano! Vieni a sederti sulla veranda di Papa Jim e bevi un bicchiere ghiacciato di tè dolce ... rilassati e goditi il tramonto con un bicchiere di vino. Il condominio spazioso e confortevole è dotato di tutto il necessario durante le vacanze. Noleggio da sabato a sabato solo durante l'alta stagione di giugno, luglio e agosto. Gli affittuari sono ammessi 2 auto solo in unità.
NO ANIMALI!!

Appena entri in questo splendido condominio, sul lato sinistro vedrai una camera da letto con due letti gemelli. Un bagno completo si collega con la camera da letto successiva, che ha tre letti singoli e un letto completo. Questa zona sarebbe perfetta per i bambini. C'è una tv in questa stanza per far divertire i bambini.

Salite le scale al secondo piano dove troverete la bellissima cucina con ripiani in granito eleganti. La cucina si apre direttamente sul soggiorno e sulla zona pranzo e da lì si dirige all'esterno sul ponte per vedere la spettacolare vista sull'oceano. C'è una tv nel salone principale per l'osservazione della famiglia. Appena oltre la cucina c'è un'area bar e un bagno completo che conduce in un'altra camera da letto. Questa camera ha un letto matrimoniale e una serie di letti a castello. Notare la porta privata che conduce fuori ...

L'ultimo piano ha due camere da letto, entrambe con letti king size. Ogni camera ha il proprio bagno grande con doppio lavabo. * Bonus * c'è una doccia extra che unisce entrambi i bagni! Un sacco di posti dove ripulire tutti dopo la spiaggia :) Entrambe queste camere hanno la tv per godersi un po 'di relax.

Questa meravigliosa casa può facilmente ospitare 15 persone ed è estremamente vicina al parco statale di Fort Macon. Al Tar Landing non sono ammesse barche, moto d'acqua, rimorchi o camper o motociclette.

Summer 2025

We had a wonderful stay at Papa Jim's. There was plenty of room for everyone! Really loved have the extra fridge on the first floor. The view of the ocean was really nice and relaxing. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed. The area was very quiet and peaceful. Would love to stay here again! :)

Beautiful view, kept up well with the exception of the oven not working the last three days of our stay and the stovetop not working the last two days of our stay. Tar Landing is very nice and we love that property, I was disappointed we had to throw out a lot of food upon leaving and we were on a one week vacation so making time for repair people to come i and fix the stove and oven was not something we wanted to wait around for, I feel that we should have been given some money back due to that issue alone, but it was not offered.

Newton Family vacation

Loved the condo. We’ve stayed at probably 6 other condos in Tar Landing over the last 40 years and this was our favorite. Best view in the whole complex. The beds already being made was a nice extra touch. Heather was great to work with and very helpful. Can’t wait till next year.

Amazing Place

My family and I came down from Montana and this was the perfect size house for all of us. We enjoyed the property and being able to wake up and look at the ocean. The property manager Heather was awesome and very helpful. All in all a wonderful place to stay on vacation.

Great place!

This was not our first time staying at this property. It is just as advertised with plenty of space for a family with children to spread out. The place is always clean, the kitchen is well stocked, and the views are amazing. Property manager is wonderful to work with. Very responsive and helpful! We will surely be back again!

Nice Stay

Great property with even better location. Very clean and linens and towels were plentiful! Kitchen is well stocked but they could replace some of the pans that have the finish coming off. VERY small kitchen, so use it wisely! Loved the 2nd fridge downstairs, the filtered water at the kitchen sink and the amazing views. Thanks for sharing your property with us again (also stayed in 2020).

Our Stay

We had an amazing stay! The only thing we’d say needs to be improved is the age of the TV and remotes. I don’t even think they need to be upgraded to the newest models, but at least a few years newer! Other than that everything was absolutely stunning!!

Plenty of room for 4 couples

4 couples were very comfortable with full/queens and private baths. Sitting areas accommodated us as well. Kitchen well equipped. Comfy beds for all. We were pleasantly surprised that the condo was a convenient walk to the beautiful beach.

Great beach getaway

We had 2 babies, 2 kids, and 4 adults and this was a great spot! You couldn’t ask for a shorter walk to the beach, and the view itself is nice. The beds were comfortable and we felt we could truly spread out. The rental was clean. We’d stay here again!

Atlantic beach vacation 2021

Another amazing vacation at Atlantic beach NC. Check in was simple, Heather made everything perfect. I called her with a few little problems, and she sent out Andy right away, and took care it things immediately. . Plenty of space for our family, with room left over.

Great place to stay

My friends and I stayed for a weekend wedding and we had a great time at this place! The house has a ton of beds and plenty of space to get ready! It’s right by the beach and in a great location! Dealing with Heather was a pleasure as well! I would highly recommend this property!

Family friendly and great layout!

We loved our stay at Tar Landing 408! The layout was perfect for our big family group! Lots of room and space for all to relax! The condo was neat and beautifully decorated! We enjoyed the swing on the deck and the view of the ocean. It is convenient to Fort Macon for fishing! We would stay here again! Heather the property manager was fantastic and on point with any help we needed!

Convenient

The condo was well equipped with everything we needed. Very convenient to go to the beach and the pool. It was the best location of the complex. The lighting in the condo was great, but might need an up date on a few fans and fixtures, but that’s just an opinion from a lighting girl. My daughter asked if we could stay at this condo every time we come. So I would say it was a great mini vacation for our family and friends. ❤️❤️

Beautiful and convenient to beach

We stayed with our 4 grown children and their families. Kitchen was a little small but well equiped incuding blender. If you don't like Teflon bring your own skillet. Having 2 refrigerators was wonderful! Felt safe in the gated community. Parking was a pain because we had more that 2 cars and only permitted 2 car passes. Pool was great! Wonderful view of ocean. Grandkids loved the downstairs room that had the 4 adorable beds.

Great week being introduced to Altantic Beach

Such a great week in AB while participating in the Big Rock Fishing Tournament. We would definitely stay here again! Great spot, awesome access to the beach and lots of space for a crowd. Some comments below, but great rental overall! Pros: Front door access to the beach Space throughout the condo 2 full refrigerators Very comfortable beds, pillows and bedding Comfortable porch furniture, including a cool swing Filtered water in kitchen Well stocked kitchen Grill, grill utensils and charcoal Comfy living room Property manager, Heather is a gem, so easy to work with, and cares about her owners and guests! Very easy to work with. Cons: Small Outside trash can and dumpster is far away and gets full quickly Small kitchen Kitchen furniture takes up a lot of space, so it's tough to move around during meals Parking - only 2 spots Out of date TVs and Stereo equipment No TV in front downstairs basement (with two trundles)

Awesome rental!

We loved our stay! We have been coming to Atlantic Beach for over 15 years for summer vacation. Our family has grown and we decided to try a new place. The condo was perfect for our group of 9 and we still had plenty of extra room. It was 3 levels, so a great option for families with young kids who want to stay up after the kids are in bed. It was clean, beds were very comfortable, condo was well stocked and it was a perfect walking distance to the beach. Heather was great to work with! We would definitely stay here again :)
