Front Row panoramica VISTA OCEANO E TRAMONTO abbondano dall'interno del comfort di questo condominio dal design moderno completamente rinnovato a soli 50 PASSI dalla TUA SPIAGGIA appartata incontaminata, la sabbia calda tra le dita dei piedi e la salutare aria salata del mare. Questo è l'unico condominio nell'intero complesso con vista panoramica sull'Oceano Atlantico e sugli incredibili tramonti di Madre Natura, il tutto mentre si affaccia sulla nostra piscina cristallina. Il tuo condominio dispone di pavimenti in piastrelle, modanatura a corona, nuovi mobili e biancheria da letto completi di coprimaterasso inserto in gel NovaForm, un nuovo angolo cottura (con tutti gli elettrodomestici necessari) e un bagno privato. Nota: l'esterno del condominio è di circa 1978.

Resta connesso con gli amici e goditi la connessione Wi-Fi ad alta velocità gratuita, goditi la fantastica cucina locale (ti inviamo la nostra lista di ristoranti preferiti) o barbecue su una delle nostre griglie a carbone all'aperto e goditi i pasti all'aperto. Ristoranti e negozi si trovano nelle vicinanze.

Fuga perfetta per un weekend romantico o un ritiro in famiglia ... guarda i delfini sguazzare dal gazebo sull'oceano ... non perdere il tramonto sparire sotto le onde dell'oceano .... passeggiare sulla spiaggia di sabbia ... costruire un castello di sabbia con i bambini ... surf cast o pesce dal molo vicino ... guardare i surfisti appendere dieci .... o semplicemente rilassarsi nella nostra piscina.

Short but sweet

Our first time in Atlantic Beach and we loved it. The apartment was perfect for what we needed and so close to clean, spacious beaches. We ended up leaving early because my husband didn’t feel well but will definitely come back again!

Great location everything you need

Great job renovating. Very clean, everything you need. Loved looking at the ocean from the in room table. Missed having a deck that some larger condos have but the gazebo was a great place for morning coffee. Excellent location with great food nearby.

Almost a Five

Great access to the beach, close to a number of restaurants and Atlantic Beach attractions, large shower, condo window view of the water, ample towels for two, clean, adequately stocked, and a quiet spot in mid-May. There are a lot of positives but it’s equally important to recognize the condo has its limitations. The unit is the size of a small motel room with the bed tucked in a corner giving you only one side to exit or requiring you to get out at the end of the bed. There is no sink in the bathroom. The dehumidifier needed to be emptied regularly. The fan/light over the bed is missing one chain so you could not operate the two functions independently. All in all, this Atlantic Beach unit worked for us, as a couple, for a short 3 night reservation.

This was my second year staying at Ocean Sands through this rental company. The room was nice! It was just me so the smaller bathroom wasn’t a huge deal. I loved having the view of the ocean from my room! Always an easy check in and check out process.

Everything You Need

The pictures are spot on however it is not possible to have privacy and the views. It’s one or the other. Folks from other occupied units have to walk past both the windows to access theirs so the window coverings must be pretty much closed. The location is great! The beach is not crowded, The beach access is well done. There’s plenty of lawn, an outdoor rinse spot. the pool looked good but we opted for the ocean. Great restaurants nearby. Everything works in the unit. Plenty of hot water and a good size shower. The linens were clean. The unit could have used a more detailed cleaning/turnover but overall, not terrible. We enjoyed our stay and will be back to Atlantic Beach.

We loved this particular spot. It was really one of the best from what we could see.

A couple of issues for us. There were no hooks for hanging coats, etc. That would have been good. Also a dark curtain for the front window by the door to completely block out the 3 outside lights. Also the sanitizing substances used and the cleaning and laundry products used, created a truly toxic entry to our stay. We really suffered from the extent of the smell and the feeling in our bodies. Please consider using non-toxic cleaning materials. It would also have been good if there was a window we could open as it was stuffy often in the apt. We could have used the AC but it is nice to open a window when there is a lovely wind blowing into the apt. Otherwise it was a lovely place to stay. Thank you.

Steps from the beach, perfect for couples!

The condo was perfect, nothing bigger than a hotel room, but when you are that close to the beach, you don’t need a bigger place to stay! Just an FYI to future guests, there is no bathroom sink, you use the kitchen sink for hand washing, brushing teeth or cleaning up outside the shower. The shower was nice and big and updated with shampoo and body wash for use. Plenty of bathroom towels.

Can't beat the location

The place is right on the beach and has a great view of the ocean. Can't beat that. It is tiny, no-frills, and a bit out-of-date, so it won't be for everyone. If 1-2 people just want a functional place with easy beach access, though, they won't do much better than this.

Great rental, terrible futon.

We loved this apt. Although very small, it was fine for what we needed. Very clean, quiet, great view and proximity to the beach. *BUT* the futon was NOT the one in the photo. It was uncomfortable to sit on and terrible to sleep on. When opened, it literally slanted down to the floor. I even took pictures to have proof of this. It was right out of a cruddy thrift shop and was really disappointing, considering how great everything else was. Hopefully you will consider replacing it with something a lot better.

The room was very small not with the pictures showed on the post we had problems with the air condition but wasn't that big of a deal him we're on the second floor which that wasn't stated in the post as well my husband is handicapped so it is a little difficult to get stairs but we did it the room was nice very nice but it just wasn't big enough from what we expected for the price we paid it's not a condo it's a small studio overall I gave a seven

Nice location

Location was great. We didn’t enjoy the view much from the room because of all of the foot traffic of others walking by. The shower is very nice but no bathroom vanity or sink is an issue. It feels wrong to brush your teeth in a kitchen sink. No place for my husband to shave. Would be nice to have a mirror in the shower since the only mirror is beside the futon. The biggest issue we had was the lights shining through the blinds all night. Blackout drapes would be nice. I wish I had read reviews before booking. The photos are slightly misleading, in my opinion.
