Awesome Resort Living! L'attico è un attico di 3000 piedi di prima classe sulla cima di un triplex con vista mare e spiaggia perfetta. Questa casa è praticamente sulla spiaggia. Lenzuola, cuscini e federe, asciugamani da bagno e da cucina sono forniti.
Il Penthouse 4 camere da letto e 3 bagni con un ascensore per portarvi in ​​cima a questa splendida casa direttamente dal parcheggio sottostante. Una volta in cima, la porta si apre su una tana, una cucina e una zona pranzo.
L'arredamento è caratterizzato da un televisore LCD da 42 'con canali HD e cavo. Divano a grandezza naturale e divanetto. Dietro la tana c'è la sala da pranzo e il tavolo che può ospitare 8 persone, con posti a sedere supplementari per tre al bar della cucina. La cucina è molto spaziosa per cucinare i pasti con molto spazio in granito.

Fuori dalla parte posteriore della cucina è il più grande delle master suite. Questa camera da letto ha un letto king size, TV LCD e una piccola terrazza privata per rilassarsi e godersi la vista della sera. Il bagno ha doppi lavandini, alzarsi in piedi doccia e una vasca idromassaggio.

La seconda suite principale ha un letto king size, accesso al ponte anteriore con una vista più fantastica, TV LCD.

Le altre due camere da letto sono composte da un letto matrimoniale e due letti singoli. Entrambi hanno TV LCD

Il piano superiore è una sala multimediale con un altro TV LCD da 42 pollici. La camera ha un tavolo da gioco con carte, 2 sedie morbide e un divano e un divanetto .. I panorami di questa stanza sono incredibili. Hai l'oceano dalla parte anteriore e le viste di Bogue Sound nella parte posteriore.

Lovely stay

Our group of 7, aged 13 to 84, had a wonderful time! The property is beautiful and plenty of room for all. Easy beach access and pretty views. Highly recommend and would stay again.

Lots of fun at the Beach

Clean property. Loved the elevator moving all the luggage and the kids up and down. Close to the beach access. Great Place to stay.

Great View with all the amenities

Great place with a beautiful view. Very easy access to the beach. The elevator provided ease of movement for my elderly mother and one in our party who is to have knee surgery. Great restaurants and an easy travel distance to great little towns like New Bern, Beaufort, and Swansboro. Comfortable and enjoyable.

Great Stay

We love this rental. It was our 3rd time staying here. The layout works well for our family. Kiddos love the loft. I love the big open kitchen for cooking meals/food prep. The view is lovely. The area is not crowded (at least this time of year) and we always enjoy our stay.

Family for daughter’s wedding

This is a beautiful place with so much marital Light and beauty. Wonderful location with easy beach access. It served our purpose in holding family and friends for our daughter’s wedding. Annual Family Gathering

The place was perfect for our family. We had 10 family member staying in the unit. We needed accommodations for family that had a hard time with stairs. The elevator and expansive main level was excellent for family gatherings! The loft was excellent for the younger generation to gather, not to mention the large porches! Edith the property manager was AMAZING!! We texted her very late at night when we arrived. She resolved our issue first thing in the morning. She truly defines Southern Hospitality and welcome, the owners are very luck to have her!!!

Great place and location. But NO GRILL

Loved everything about this rental, EXCEPT the fact there was no grill. We planned on multiple grilled meals over this Memorial Day weekend. This rental listed a grill on its website-not true. Called property management and was told there was not one because it “rusted out and owners didn’t replace it”. I was told Dollar General down the road would probably have a grill that I could purchase.?? I have 2 portable grills at home I could have brought with me if I had known. They should have updated amenities on website. Nice place with great beach access but major disappointment. Yes, I would rent the place again but I would be bringing my own grill.

We had a wonderful stay at this condo. There was ample room for our family of 8 people. We had dinner in a couple of nights, enjoyed the beautiful view, easy short walk to the beach and came home each day to a comfortable place to relax and get a good nights rest. The whole place was very clean and well appointed. All we had to bring were some groceries and ourselves! Communication was great and we never had issues during our stay but no doubt had we needed anything it would have been a quick phone call away.

There was a leak in the ceiling due to new air conditioner installation error. It was handled immediately and courteously. This unit is in a great location and roomy for the whole family. I have one suggestion: a baby gate at the top of stairs on deck. We love spending time on the deck with all the kids and it would be great to have a gate to close just for extra safety.
