The primary suite has a king bed and en-suite bath, while the guest room includes a queen bed and twin bunks. The spacious kitchen, dining area, and open living room are perfect for gathering. Enjoy shell-seeking, surfing, or sunsets. An outdoor shower keeps sand outside. Life’s better at Just Beachy!
Important to Know

After booking, guests are required to complete a simple rental agreement through Away by the Sea. The agreement outlines house rules, property details, and local requirements to help ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay.

House Rules

• Keep it cozy, not crazy! We ask that there be no parties or large gatherings to ensure a peaceful stay for everyone.

• Quiet time is 11pm to 9am — please help us keep things peaceful for our neighbors and fellow beach lovers!

• Please let us know right away if anything is amiss so we can get it handled for you quickly. Text is best!

• Furry friends are welcome once approved. But please keep pets off the furniture so we can maintain a fresh, clean space for all guests.

• Backyard etiquette: Kindly clean up after your pet so the outdoor space stays enjoyable for everyone.

• Towel Care: Please do not use the white bath towels, hand towels, or washcloths to remove makeup, self-tanner, hair dye, or clean up spills or messes. Black makeup towels are provided specifically for makeup removal. Damaged or permanently stained towels may result in replacement charges.

• Grill Use: You’re welcome to enjoy the grill during your stay! Please leave it in the same condition you found it—cleaned and brushed after use. A $25 cleaning fee may be applied if additional cleaning is required.

• Starter kit provided with essential items for your arrival.

• Minimum age is 25 years old to book at this property.

TRASH & RECYCLING

Before checkout, please take all trash and recycling to the curb according to the collection schedule and instructions posted on the refrigerator.

If trash and recycling are not placed at the curb as directed, a $50 fee will be charged to cover the additional trip required for disposal.
