UN PASSO DA 1/2 MINUTO PER SPIAGGIA .... VIENI E GODITI LA CADUTA CON NOI!

"OLD SALT" ha 4 camere da letto (quattro matrimoniali, una matrimoniale e una doppia); 2 1/2 bagni (il padrone ha una cabina doccia e vasca idromassaggio), soggiorno con due divani con 4 poltrone reclinabili, una cucina completamente arredata, lavatrice e asciugatrice, veranda coperta coperta con aliante / sedie, balcone aperto al largo del piano superiore . La casa dispone di Internet ad alta velocità, visione via cavo con tutti i canali nella zona giorno al piano inferiore e Netflix impostato in ogni camera da letto).

La casa dispone di doccia esterna chiusa calda e fredda, griglia a gas e assi di mais. La nostra casa può ospitare cinque veicoli a grandezza naturale (compresi quelli di Suv). Goditi il parcheggio una volta e raggiungi a piedi la spiaggia, i ristoranti, THE CIRCLE, le aree per lo shopping e il beach volley.

La casa si trova anche a breve distanza dal parco per bambini con un'area per gli spruzzi d'acqua, uno skateboard e un'area per il mini-golf.
L'acquario, le banchine di pesca e il Fort Macon State Park sono solo a breve distanza in auto. Morehead City è appena oltre il ponte -home per molte aree da pranzo, moli e vita notturna.

Family vacation

Everything is exactly as listed. It is an older home but clean. Close enough to the beach for most age groups to walk. Close to shops and a few restaurants. Daphne is always easy to contact with questions. This is our third stay here and will be returning.

Property was clean, and location was great. Blinds were broken in downstairs bedroom which made it difficult to sleep in the mornings with direct sunlight. Several interior doors did not lock. Overall, our stay was good and we enjoyed our time.

Family Get Together

The place met all our needs. It had enough bedrooms and bathrooms for the 3 adults and 1 child who stayed. The house was clean; the kitchen had enough supplies for making meals; and the house was very comfortable. The best part was that the house was 1.5 blocks to the beach!Our host did a great job of communicating with us and provided a detailed list of places to visit and to eat. We enjoyed our stay immensely!

Perfect beach house for family fishing trip

Owner was an excellent communicator and gave awesome recommendations of restaurant, activities, and even the local beach wheelchair program because one family member has mobility issues. House was so beachy cute and clean and comfortable, and was wheelchair accessible. Main floor bedrooms and bathroom plus the upstairs bedrooms and bathroom. It was great that everyone was under the same roof with enough space for all to have private bedrooms. Kitchen was well stocked. Even a small basket with commonly used toiletry items (much needed by a couple in the group!). Comfortable front porch including a glider and rocking chairs. Easy access to beach. Awesome outdoor shower to keep sand out of house. Close to everything and also very quiet. Absolutely perfect spot. Hope to make this our annual rental. Sent from Yahoo Mail on Android

The Fishing Crew at Old Salt

This is a great place to stay. About a block walk to the beach,10 minute drive to marina & lots of local restaurants 10 to 20 minutes drive away. My crew & I really enjoy staying here. Owner is very accommodating, easy to get in touch with & quick to respond. I plan to continue coming back any time my deep-sea fishing or other plans take me to Atlantic beach.

What's not to like!

Our family enjoyed a 3-night stay and were blessed with great weather. We loved the space and used all 4 bedrooms - all comfy beds but the upstairs 2-bed room on the left had squeaky beds. The walk to the ocean was less than 5 minutes, and the public wooden ramp made the walk even easier!

beach house

The beach house is conveniently located—a 2-minute walk to the beach and a walkable distance to several restaurants, bars, and dessert places so you don’t have to pay for parking. Having onsite parking for three cars is convenient if you need to drive somewhere further. After going to the beach, you can use the outdoor shower and hose to rinse the sand off. The central AC keeps everyone cool on the hotter humid days. The host was very responsive leading up to our trip, which helped us prepare for our stay. Some important considerations: The stairs are steep/narrow and the upstairs area has a low ceiling.

2024 fishing trip

We have stayed at Old salt for 5 years. It accommodates 6 people for our annual fishing trip. The house is close to the beach, close to Morehead City where the boat is docked. This house always meets our needs for us.

Booked the rental for a fishing trip. Location was excellent - 10 min ride to Marina & 10 min walk to beach 6 queen beds were fine accommodations for 5 grown men Plenty of space to relax indoors or outdoors on porch Had a great day of wahoo fishing Will be back next year

Exactly as advertised!

What an outstanding place to stay! Daphne was incredibly communicative and available for us. And the place was precisely as advertised. We were a block from the beach and the accommodations were perfect. Plenty of kitchen stuff for meals and beds were plentiful and comfortable. I recommend Daphney as a host and her place for AB stays. We will be back. Thank you Daphne!
