“It was an excellent place to stay. The staff was phenomenal. We did not have any issues at all. Their elevator was down, but they accommodated the residence extremely well. They had a staff member stay in the elevator and help residence to get to their floors. They did a great job in a really difficult situation. The view from the hotel is amazing The boardwalk outside is incredible. You just can’t get a better place to stay!”

“We had a great experience. My spouse has mobility issues and therefore we booked a handicapped room. There was a bar in the tub but no collapsible seat. That would be awesome if this could be an added feature. All in all a great getaway!”

“Indoor pool area was really nice. We had an issue with the couch in our room and they brought us a brand new couch to replace it immediately. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Some areas still need updating but you can see they are working on it. ”

“This entire hotel from the time you walk in property is exquisite. We stayed in the 5th floor and our house keeper and his wife take such pride in their floor and guests. It is like family at this hotel and we will never book anywhere else again. You literally never have to leave the property. The restaurant is exceptionally delicious, staff are fabulous and make you feel like you are at home ”

One of the elevators were broken most of my stay, but that was just only a mild inconvenience because I was on the top floor. But they were consistently working on it and super friendly about the whole thing. The only thing I was wished they had was a light on the balcony so I could read. Housekeeping even kept my book open to the page I left it on when remaking my bed! ”

“One of the staff stopped and asked me very rudely if I even rented a room there as I walked through the pool gate with a card in my hand. In the future you could apologize at least for being mistaken rather than walking off with your nose in the air”
