“Our check-in experience was disappointing. The standard room with two queen beds that we reserved was not available upon arrival. Instead, we were given the only room available, which was a mobility-accessible room. Unfortunately, the room had a musty odor, and we found a large spider in the bathroom. In addition, several of the toiletries were empty or had not been refilled. Overall, the accommodations and check-in process did not meet our expectations, making for a less-than-satisfactory...

“Homewood suites in Eatontown is a favorite stay of my family when visiting long branch. the place was great, the breakfast was great for being free. the staff are amazing. All is pretty excellent only issue in this last visit my was with the pool. on two occasions I wanted to go for a swim and they were cleaning it. For being open 9-8pm if your going to clean it. It should be cleaned before this time. on my check out date I wanted to go for a last swim and due to rain the night before the pool...
