“Staff was very friendly. Great view of the water. Great restaurant. Room was clean ,but needs some upgrades. Sink was cracked. Room looked a little dated. The bed was very comfortable. Slept great. The door to the balcony had a window ,with no curtain. If the people in the next room went to the end of their balcony, it seems like they might be able to see in the room. I would prefer a window covering. All in all we had a nice stay. I would stay here again.”

“I booked since the reviews and pics were decent online. I arrived and quickly realized the hotel was much more dated then the pictures show. The front desk person was nice, but this hotel can really use some updating. ”

“The building and surrounding areas were fine, the employee that welcomed us was super friendly and helpful. But we booked a NON SMOKING room, and the one they assigned us was a slammed on the face as soon as we opened the door of smoke smell. The sheets and pillows smelled like if someone were there actually smoking cigarettes, our clothes got all the smell impregnated on it and the next day after checking out we spend the day in a laundromat washing everything. We wasn’t able to sleep at all...

“The hotel is surely nice, cosy and well furnitured. However I was a bit disappointed that the use of sunbeds at the beach ends at 5 pm...... The pool is nice but seemed three times its size in the pictures. Overall it was a good stay but at that price I would have expected more.”

“rarely leave negative reviews, but the food at this hotel was completely unacceptable. Lunch and dinner were extremely disappointing every single day. The buffet had very little variety and often looked half empty, with multiple trays left unfilled. The options were repetitive and limited—basically just chicken and fish every day, with no effort to offer anything different. Desserts were even worse. There was usually only one option, and it was low quality. The “ice cream” was a flavorless...

“We stayed here again because last year was so amazing. They outdid themselves. My grandson loved the private beach and was a water bug the whole stay! Will stay there again!”

“Hotel di fascia media in cui non manca nulla di quanto effettivamente serva, buon letto, discreta biancheria, pulito, con caffettiera a capsule (omaggio), microonde e frigo (non minibar). La zona non è tra le migliori di Jupiter, ma è di facile accessibilità e fornita di fast food, ristoranti, supermercato e altri negozi. La colazione a buffet non offre scelte ampie, ma è completa per tutti i gusti.”
