“The breakfast was very disappointing. We've stayed at Hyatt Place's prior, and the breakfast was fine (and included with the stay). Breakfast was an add on charge for this hotel, so we were expecting something premium, and received less than we had from the other stays . Unseasoned potatoes, bland French toast sticks among others, make this a terrible added on charge. Also no one is checking to see if you have paid for breakfast, so you just feel ripped off.”

“I have never been a fan of bed and breakfast places but this place can make you a believer! Location, location, location; can easily walk to historic district. The best feature of this Inn is the gourmet breakfast; we got a different delicious breakfast every day. This historic house is a well maintained beauty that you’ll love!”

“Stayed 2 nights but had no housekeeping services. We were out all day and by the time we got back to hotel it was too late. Upon checking out reception told us it has to be requested and we should have been told that when checking in. No one told us. Very disappointing to say the least”

“Quality Inn Harrisonburg is my go to hotel when visiting my student at JMU. The hotel is conveniently located near restaurants and shopping. The staff has always been very helpful and my room has been clean. Continental breakfast is available and there is a good selection. I will continue to stay at this hotel for my future visits.”

“Everything was good. I wish there was more variety for breakfast. There is ample parking, the pool was clean. We saw someone cooking on the grill which we never thought of. Overall a very good Hotel.”

“The staff was very nice and parking is easy. In a great location and it's a great price for what you get. Nothing too fancy, but it works and it feels safe. They have breakfast in the AM and cookies & popcorn in the lobby throughout the day. I didn't like that my room had an outdated HVAC, it was super loud even when the fan was on "low", and there wasn't a digital thermometer so we couldn't tell what the temperature was.”

“Clean room overall but very dated. Some random stains on the couch in the room. Shower could use updating. Bed was comfortable and the hotel was overall quiet. Probably wouldn’t stay again but it served the purpose of a quiet hotel with a comfortable bed. ”

“When I checked in my first room smelled bad. I told the front desk and they immediately upgraded me to a room on the other side of the hotel. That was very nice of them, and the new room smelled wonderful. Nice to have a refrigerator, and the room looked newly remodeled or built. There was really nothing to complain about.”

“The staff was great. The room and breakfast was good. The only issues I found were that the bed was too high. I’m only 4’11” so to get my husband to help me get into it. The room needed a light beside the mirror so one could sit and put on makeup, etc. Thanks”
