“Taylor was amazing, friendly and guide us not only through the hotel but also the area. We stayed in the guest room. The shared bathrooms were spotless and really clean.”

“Niente a che fare con la vecchia tradizione La Quinta. Struttura vecchia , ha bisogno di molta manutenzione. Con molta sorpresa il secondo giorno camera non rifatta. Alle nostre rimostranze abbiamo scoperto che adesso lo fanno solo su richiesta ”

“Very good location for us, we have family near by. Place is very nice. We seem to keep ending up in a one bedroom suite as far away from the elevator as possible. Like really far away!!! The biggest complaint I have is the coffee in the room is terrible!!!! You need to walk down to breakfast to get a decent cup. Breakfast was good, lots of choices”

“We stayed in the bungalows and it is the perfect location. Staff was super friendly and helpful. They have beach chairs, towels, umbrellas and carts for you to use at the beach which eliminates having to bring stuff with you. Cold water was offered to us multiple times which was super nice. I will be returning.”

“Very clean. Easy to get to. Listing as described. Bed and furniture are nice and comfy. Only thing I would add is a broom and dust pain and some Clorox wipes so guest can keep it neat. 5 stars! Very nice host. ”

“Room had a smelly bed. Asked the front desk staff to have it cleaned. First response in the evening: we can only do it every 4th day, we were staying for 5 nights. I spoke to who seemed like a manager the next day and finally he had it cleaned and bedding changed. Restaurant was closed. No amenities, no elevators. I wouldn’t recommend this property at all.”

“That’s whole thing every was pleasant n peaceful n i didn’t have one issue for the three days n two nights. I slept well n I enjoyed the tv with problems n to be honest i was trying to staying an extra day. So I’ll say its a nice getaway n not as noisy as the other reviews n also I was check in quickly n my room smell nice n fresh as if the put elbows n knees in it to making it sparkling”

“All of the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived. We noticed that they all went out of their way to greet us even in the elevators or hallways. If we needed anything it as handled immediately with smiles. The hotel was clean and the grounds pretty. The only complaint is the breakfast buffet would be more interesting if they switched up the menu a little and perhaps invested in better toasters that actually work. The flow in the buffet line was nonexistent because...

“The property is beautifully appointed and most importantly it is very welcoming—André clearly wants guests to feel at home. The place has a quiet, friendly vibe where people go to relax and read and chat and enjoy the beach and the Pines & Cherry Grove Village. The pool is the perfect place to read or chat. André does a great job at anticipating guests’ needs—from universal charging cords to ear plugs and lens wipes—he has thought of it all.”
