“Easy check in nice room the only thing is there are no face or hand towels were provided ”

“We came form Boston to visit our family in Haifa and stayed at Anat's place. The house is beautiful and well equipped with everything you need & more... The view is incredible as the house is literally front raw on a valley leading to the beach below. the sea view from the balcony is also amazing. Anat was very welcoming and helped us with everything we needed always with a smile. ”

(we complained and we were told we are overreacting and this is “normal”; they did bring new bedding but also not really clean so we got our own). We wanted to leave and get a refund but they did not agree to they, and only offered to change a room (same...
