“Sono cliente Hotels da anni e non avevo mai avuto alcun problema. Quello che è successo a Gerusalemme è vergognoso. Durante il nostro soggiorno dei ladri sono entrati nel nostro appartamento (dotato di codice), hanno preso le nostre carte di credito e hanno tentato diversi prelievi. Lo so per certo perchè ricevevo notifiche mentre ero in centro e la mia carta era in camera. Ancora oggi sto ricevendo notifiche per tentati acquisti online da 15.000€! Una sensazione orribile, che mi ha rovinato...

No one on the property spoke English, the first room was in the basement and the other people down there had a barking dog, the others were playing music and were loud. I was “upgraded” only because my friend was there to talk to the property manager, no one answered my contact through Expedia, the other room was dirty and dusty, the lock wasn’t working so I couldn’t...

“Unica pecca che quando siamo arrivati ci hanno dato una stanza per due e noi eravamo in 4 , ma hanno subito rimediato . Sono dei piccoli appartamenti molto comodi puliti, situati in una zona molto bella di Tel Aviv . Sotto casa c’è di tutto , alimentari ristoranti tabacchi negozi .. veramente un bel punto ! Poi Tel Aviv è veramente bella da vivere , ritornerò ? ”
