“Sono cliente Hotels da anni e non avevo mai avuto alcun problema. Quello che è successo a Gerusalemme è vergognoso. Durante il nostro soggiorno dei ladri sono entrati nel nostro appartamento (dotato di codice), hanno preso le nostre carte di credito e hanno tentato diversi prelievi. Lo so per certo perchè ricevevo notifiche mentre ero in centro e la mia carta era in camera. Ancora oggi sto ricevendo notifiche per tentati acquisti online da 15.000€! Una sensazione orribile, che mi ha rovinato...
