“I’ve stayed here a few times. I have a family member that needs hospital care on occasion. This hotel is 10 min from Bailey Medical. There’s a QuickTrip in the parking lot. Rooms are clean and comfy. Staff is FANTASTIC. Breakfast is decent. Honestly cannot beat this for the price. I believe they also shuttle to the airport. ”

“Terrible. Cheaper is not always better. We were charged an extra $35 stay when we arrived and already booked/paid through Expedia. NEVER have we had to pay anything extra. The room only could open if we asked front desk. There is a sign saying no return policy. They knowingly seem to know how to work the system to fraudulently scam people. We get to our room and the tv is broken, won’t stay on. We report it. Was told it wasn’t like that. I requested the $35 back. If they want extra the room...

“I will NEVER use Expedia again. You jeopardized my safety and I was never fully compensated for my Trust in booking with you. I need a FULL refund before engaging deeper.”

“The attendant refused to check us in. My ID was stolen and the system failed and refused to change the name so I could get checked in. I will be seeking a refund. I had to book another facility. After pulling off and paying for another room I was notified they checked us in as arrived after refusing service. ”

“We arrived at 8 in the evening, and the 2 rooms were not cleaned yet on a Saturday night. So we had to wait after a long day of work. Both rooms were booked with 2 queen beds, but we got single beds. 2 grown up guys had to sleep in one room, one bed. But not enough, at 1 am water started dripping onto the bed from the AC unit. There is no person at the reception, just a phone on the wall… what else can I say. I was expecting Expedia to make the cancellation and refund process easy. We are here...
