“Many positives but one deal killer. Both the 2nd and 3rd evenings we returned to find the door unlocked and not latched. The door did not latch when left to close by itself, we found that you have to pull it shut manually to get it to latch/lock. We informed the front desk the first night and emphasized how important it was to us to know that our room is locked. Front desk staff made us aware of ongoing construction and asked if if we'd like to put on a higher floor to avoid the noise. “When I stepped into the lobby I was immediately overpowered by extremely strong smelling air freshener. It was so cloying I started to develop a headache almost instantly. As I was checking in I asked the lady if the pool and hot tub were both working and she told me no - the pool had sand in it and the hot tub was out of order. “Hotel was fine. Went up there for a softball tournament. Got rained out and cancelled. Tried to get the hotel to refund my second night because I literally had to go back home. They refunded many people's but not mine even with the help of Expedia ”

“We were traveling from across the country and our plane was delayed in Denver. The gal who answered the phone(4/3/26) at 10pm as I shared our problem was so kind and understanding she made sure we had our room when we got to Claremore and we had everything we needed for a very late check in. Big thank you her and taking such good care of us.”

“This hotel has offered airport shuttle in the past, but no longer does. I've stayed at this location several times in there past and it was always nice and clean. Now, not so much. The hallways were nasty and the room smelled bad. The rink sprayed clean, but the smell was awful. The area of town no longer seems very safe.
