“My experience during Easter weekend in Claremore near Tulsa in Oklahoma. I checked in and was told $100 cash deposit. Online it says $150. He finally took $106 on credit card. I was told the $6 was the fee for any damages etc. I get home and see that the hotel charged me another $94 and some change. I called and the front desk stated that was an accident and he refunded both charges. Here is the thing. They charged me $6 for the accident they did. I ONLY GOT $188 back. $100 + $94 should have...

“The staff was great, helpful and very friendly. The room was adequate, although there were the bare minimum of towels (2 towels, 2 washcloths, 1 bath mat and 1 hand towel). The parking was convenient and secure. We did end up turning on the AC and it worked great. Our room was missing a tv remote, and when we called down to the front desk they brought us another one and tested it to be sure it worked within minutes. “Accessible and very close to where I needed to be!”

“I booked two rooms here for my family because the property advertised an indoor pool and breakfast. Unfortunately, the stay revealed several operational issues. Shortly after booking through Expedia using the “pay at the hotel” option, the hotel attempted to “authorize” my card early because they were fully booked and I was told I would lose the rooms if the charge didn’t go through. At check-in we were initially assigned a room that was clearly under renovation with open paint cans, supplies...

“The property was previously a combo Clarion/Econolodge and is pretty run-down; Ramada is in the process of renovating but I feel like they’re taking their time. Still, for the price, it was serviceable (for a short stay) and the staff were wonderful and went above and beyond.”

“The pictures in the listing make this hotel look very nice but it's the complete opposite. When we arrived we had to wait 20+ minutes for the front desk lady to check us in. The entire time she was having side conversations on her phone. Once we arrived at our room, we were greated with roaches. Crawling over the walls and even in the toilet bowl. “La struttura non e’ come si vede dalle foto. E’ vecchia, le tappezzerie dell’hotel (sedie, tende etc.) sono sporche e vecchie. La biancheria del letto usurata è strappata. Ho trovato anche blatte in camera!! Per non parlare della puzza disgustosa che c’era in entrambe le camere. La colazione inesistente ! Pessimo ! Inoltre in questo momento l’hotel era pure in ristrutturazione e il fatto non era segnalato su expedia e questo e’ grave perché il cliente si trova la sorpresa all’arrivo!”
