“We stayed for 2 nights as a family of 5. The room was big enough to fit our pack-and-play. The refrigerator was very useful and it was nice to enjoy a cup of coffee first thing while everyone else slept in. We appreciated being able to bring our dog and play ball in the back area. The playground and giant connect 4 were a hit with the littles. The lounge with the Brio trains was great to have for little brother. “Room was very clean, the fireplace was great. Expedia did a horrible job with check-in instructions. It gave hotel address but failed to mention you must check in half a mile away at another Attitash Lodge. We found the lack of information annoying and simply unprofessional. Come on Expedia......do better.”

“We had a great time. If the 2nd hot tub would of been in order it would of allowed more to enjoy it. The sauna was out of service at the time we were there which would of been nice to use as well. But staff was friendly, parking was good.”

“The Villager Motel is a well-maintained motel. I had room 18, which is in the "newer" portion of the motel's 4 sections. The room was quite large and the bathrom features newer fixtures. I love the fact that you can take a short, 300 yard hike to the Saco River, which forms the northern boundary of the parcel.”

Very pricey breakfast was so- so & don’t plan on staying there again. One nice thing that happened was we were given another room of equal value when we discovered water leaking from the ceiling in our original reserved room.”

“I’m not sure why Expedia gave this property a 9/10 rating. The hotel is very old, poorly maintained, and didn’t feel clean. It felt more like a budget motel than a hotel with such a high rating. I regret trusting Expedia’s recommendation because it was very misleading. While the location is decent, there are many newer, much nicer hotels nearby that offer far better value.
