“Check in was easy. Room was clean, comfortable and nice and quiet. The bed was a little too soft for my liking. The property was a nice treat with a pond and animals. Would stay here again. ”

“Beautiful well maintained large marina, beautiful lobby area, our room was nice. Right near State Park. In the park if you’re traveling with kids is a wonderful playground and beach area..”

“We were in a handicap room and the shower stall was excellent. But the shower hardware needed some attention as it was loose on the wall and hard to get a good water temp. We reported it and they put it on the list for repairs. Everything else was wonderful. It was not our first stay and we will go back.”

“I traveled to Denton, TX for a track and field championship and for the location of the hotel from the stadium, simply having somewhere to lay my head at night, and the hotel staff being very helpful, welcoming, and open to answer any questions I had, I give the stay an 8/10. The only downfalls that would drop the rating down for me would be the hotels location to restaurants because I typically like to walk to surroundings places for grocery/meal runs, the amenities which were slim to none...

“The Fairfield in Denton is probably my favorite hotel and I stayed a lot of hotels in Denton it's probably one of my favorites it's definitely my top five it's probably two or three it's clean the staff is cool the gym is 24 hours it's laid back it's it's a great place I highly recommend it especially if you get a good rate money Tuesday Wednesday Expedia is a good way to go”

“Although I only stayed for one night, the hotel, locations, and ambiance are top tier. I love the lobby decor. Kudos to the wonderful front desk staff.”

“Nothing stocked in the kitchenette. Come prepared with all your own stuff. Dryer eats your quarters, and only one of two were working. Otherwise very quiet and comfortable.”

“My stay at this Holiday Inn did not meet the standards I usually expect from an IHG property. The hotel felt cheaply managed and lacked the comfort and convenience I’ve experienced at other Holiday Inn locations. The hot water in my room did not work unless I went to the front desk and asked them to address it. There was also no coffee maker in the room, and I had to request one from the front desk, where it was handed to me in a plastic bag. Cleanliness was another major issue. The bathroom...

“I stay at Marriot properties all the time I had just stayed and won the day before in Austin. They gave us water bottles. They gave us a drink token. They were extra nice. The Place in Denton was so rude and offered nothing.. I will never stay there again, and I will tell everyone I know not to stay there. Those young girls really need some training or they need to find a job that they enjoy doing because they were so rude.”
