Welcome to your home away from home at The Brookes! This charming condominium offers the perfect blend of comfort and convenience for any length of stay. You will have a full kitchen, a queen bed, full bathroom, and a cozy living room.



Enjoy unlimited access to all complex amenities and the added bonus of being just across the street from the Auburn Vet School.



Located a short drive or bike ride from Auburn's campus and conveniently at a Tiger Transit bus stop, this condo is ideally situated for exploring all that Auburn has to offer.



The Space:

Our original Auburn condo and still one of our most popular. The open-concept living room flows directly into the kitchen, keeping the space feeling connected and easy. The bedroom is tucked off a short hallway alongside the full bathroom, and the layout is genuinely spacious for a one-bedroom. The bed is a Casper Original Queen mattress, and the kitchen was fully refreshed in early 2024 with a new dishwasher, refrigerator, range hood, a new oven (in 2026). In-unit washer and dryer is conveniently located in the kitchen. Baby equipment is available through BabyQuip.



Guest Access:

You have access to the entire unit, plus the normal offerings of the condos including tennis courts, the ponds, basketball hoop on the tennis courts, pools, etc.



The Neighborhood:

The Brookes is a peaceful, well-kept condo community where many of Auburn's graduate students call home. In fact, this was where I lived when I moved to Auburn to complete my Masters in Literature. The Auburn Vet School pastures are right across the street, Tiger Transit stops nearby for easy campus access on weekdays, and Main Campus is a short drive or bike ride away. Getting Around:

Parking at the condo is plentiful and free. You are a short drive from everything.



Please note that despite being on Tiger Transit, the game day bus routes do NOT pick near The Brookes.



Other Things to Note:

This is a strict non-smoking property. Smoking within the unit will automatically result in a fine.



Baby equipment is available for rent. Please message after booking so that we can connect you to a trusted provider from BabyQuip.



Guests are allowed one pet under 40 pounds.



The complex should be generally quiet. If there are late parties or noise disturbances please report them to me.



To use the lamp in the living room, please make sure the switch by the front door is turned on.



Please be aware that this is a pet-friendly property. Pets include cats. The property is thoroughly cleaned after each stay. A standard $150 Pet fees may be applied to your booking.



Interaction with Guests:

You will not see me, but I am readily available and respond as quickly as possible.



For multi-week stays, my cleaning staff may do a mid stay or monthly clean in accordance with their availability.
