Large parking lot surrounding the complex. 2 parking passes will be provided for the unit. The city of Auburn has free parking nearby for any visitors. Please note due to the proximity to Auburn's campus some of these units are student rentals. This is generally a quiet complex with an onsite resident manager, but we cannot control the actions of others. In addition there are active train tracks in most of Auburn including adjacent to this property.
