Downtown Dream - Brand new 2/2 over Target in Downtown Auburn

There is nothing like this in Auburn! The brand new Godbold Building in downtown Auburn offers a Target on the first floor with three floors of luxury apartments above. Park in a private parking space right outside the building and enter the luxurious lobby on the first floor. Floor to ceiling windows capture the essence of Auburn and put you in the center of the excitement.

Smart design with an open concept living area makes this the perfect place to enjoy the city from a private oasis. Views of College Street, Toomer's Corner, and Auburn's campus/ Samford Hall are out various windows throughout the apartments.

Unit 211 offers the best view in town - a direct view of College Street and the downtown corridor!

BEDROOM SET UP:

There are 2 bedrooms in this unit. Both are furnished with a King size bed. Pottery Barn & Serena and Lily furnishings as well as Pottery Barn mattresses and bedding outfit each unit.

This set-up comfortably sleeps up to 4 guests. Traveling with a larger group and need more space? We manage all 11 short term rentals in the building. Message us to ask for more details!

The unit includes a kitchen as well as most cooking basic you might need during your stay.

There is a 55in flat screen television in the living room with a complete cable and internet package included.

You will have access to the entire unit. This unit is a self-check-in unit. A code will be provided upon check in to access the unit.

One parking space is provided with each apartment rental. There is overflow parking available in the new parking deck across the street (The Wright Street Parking Deck - 140 Wright St)

This unit is within immediate walking distance of the downtown Target, Publix, Toomer's Corner, and Auburn University as well as local downtown favorites such as Tacortita, Southeastern, and Therapy an Auburn Boutique.

All linens, towels, and household essentials are provided. A starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, soaps etc. will be provided. Please bring your own/additional if you have a preference or will be staying for an extended period.

Brand new beautifully decorated and spic and span property! Absolutely love staying here. Our only complaint would be the noise in the front bedroom at 2 AM, but it was kind of expected due to the area this is in. Would stay here again!

The location is great and surprisingly quiet even on Football weekends. We had no problems just some additions for the place: We would love to see an ironing board and iron, the steamer worked well but no place to hang to steam clothes. Also not tissues in the bathroom. The shower seems to have some movement in the faucet and might be a potential problem down the line. Not a big concern but the window in the second bedroom above the door really wakes you up too early with no coverings.

A perfect condo!

Absolutely LOVED this condo. The cleanliness, decor and location were perfect! The mattresses and beds were so comfortable that we slept better than we do at home. The only thing I think that could improve it would be to add a black out shade to the bedroom facing the road.

Auburn Stay

Great location and very clean. The only things I would recommend would be towel hooks to hang your towels on, curtains in bedroom since the sun shines in very early through the blinds , and an iron and ironing board to iron clothes.

Best spot in town

Location could not be any closer to Toomers corner unless you set up a tent in Samford lawn. Great location and very clean. Target right below you and could not hear anything below us. Convenient because we always forget something...

Mississippi State Baseball Game

We stayed at this property for a baseball game weekend, and I would highly recommend staying here. It is in a great location with walking access to all campus locations, restaurants, bars, etc. We walked to the baseball game, restaurants, and everywhere else...never got in our car until it was time to go back home. The property is well maintained, and this condo was extremely clean and well equipped. To note as well is that it is very quiet even though it is street front and around night life activity. We couldn't hear anything each night when we went to sleep, nor throughout the night. We will stay here again when we return, and you should too.

My favorite

I’ve stayed in Auburn to visit my son in college many times and this property is my favorite! This was my fifth time renting from this property. Location is fantastic. I work remotely full-time and I’m on video calls globally all day and their Wi-Fi has always been flawless.

Basket Ball Game

We were visiting our Sophomore son and went to the AU vs Ole Miss game (they won) and gymnastics (they lost), but OU is #1. LOVE staying at the Godbold building, best location, so comfortable and clean and Amanda is always so helpful! It’s always our favorite place to stay when visiting The Loveliest Village on the Plains!

Perfect graduation condo

Simply no better location for all things Auburn University related. We walked everywhere. Parking was super convenient. Condo was clean and attractively decorated with comfortable beds. We will definitely rent again from these owners.
