“Very disappointed. The first disappointment was the $100 incidental hold for ONE night. 4 star hotels don’t even charge that. So that caught me off guard but okay. Then I was told I was getting a larger room than what I reserved, if it WAS in fact larger I would’ve preferred what I reserved which was supposed to have a separate seating area…this one did not. “We stayed in one of the outside rooms and it was extremely clean, comfortable, and up to date decor. The lighting was excellent in the room and the bathroom. We felt very safe. The pool and hot tub amenities were clean and well maintained. The breakfast in the morning offered a variety of choices and it all was enough. The staff was friendly and helpful. We highly recommend this location.”

“To be fair to the staff working I did not attempt to get a refund as the refund policy for Expedia says must request within 24 hrs before stay. We rolled up and there was so much furniture sitting outside. Feeling like I was a bit catfished by this one as the pictures on Expedia must have beeb”
