“I had a disappointing experience at Best Western. The staff overall were quite inattentive and not very helpful during our stay, which made things frustrating. The only positive interaction we had was with the night staff member, who was kind and pleasant.
Unfortunately, we also left a massage gun in our room, and when we called to inquire about it, we were told it wasn’t found. That was really disappointing and added to the overall negative experience.
I expected better service and care,...

“Very spacious room for 2 people and have a really nice view of the convention center. Staff was very helpful and nice, I had to store my luggage at the hotel after checking out and had to go to the 2nd floor to place them, it was very convenient and easy to navigate. Loved my stay here”
