Welcome to Thach Place in Auburn. Located just steps from Auburn University! This 4 bedroom 4 bath condo is located on the top floor. Each bedroom has a queen bed and adjoining bathroom. with ample storage space in the closets. The living room features large windows and ample seating for you and your guests as well as a 75 inch television. The kitchen is fully stocked and has ample storage space as well. The unit includes 4 parking spaces for your stay so no need to move your car at all during your stay. We are a 5 minute walk to Samford Hall, a 3 minute walk to Publix, and a 5 min walk to Toomers Corner.

This condo is absolutely wonderful! A full bathroom for every bedroom is key. It is very large and spacious. The location could not be any better. We walked to everything.

Great Spot, Great Owner

Great spot, close to downtown Auburn! Listing is as described and the owner communicates well. Plenty of seating for everyone in the living room. Such a great spot for 7 of us!

Perfect place for groups or families

Four of us were in Auburn for the USTA Southern Sectional Tennis Championships in June. The setup of this place was ideal. Each of us had our own bedroom and bathroom along with a big closet. The furniture and fixtures were nice and we were in easy walking distance of restaurants and shops. The neighborhood was great. The front of the building sorta makes it look abandoned, but that's a minor issue. All in all it was a perfect rental for us...

War Eagle!

Wonderful location and loved 4 bedrooms and bathrooms! It just was crusty....needed a deep cleaning. We had a wonderful weekend celebrating our daughters graduation.Just don't look under the couch and needed towels

Walkable Auburn Stay

Auburn unofficial reunion

We were part of a larger group that came to visit Auburn, and we couldn’t have been more pleasantly surprised by lucking out with this property. Spacious, updated, had the college apartment feel that brought nostalgia to us all.

Perfect location!

Lots of room and so convenient to downtown! We were able to walk to shops and restaurants. Property had plenty of room, and a bathroom in each bedroom was very nice. We had a wonderful weekend…thank you!

Great place!

The location was awesome! So close to everything and really nice to have parking passes for everyone. Loved all the space and TVs in every room. We were in town for graduation and it was the perfect spot! Would highly recommend. Not a deal breaker, but a keurig with coffee pods is the only thing I really wish it had. There is a coffee pot and some decaf instant coffee though. It is on the 3rd floor, but there’s an elevator right there, so no trouble at all if you’ve got a lot to bring up/down like we did. Would definitely stay here again!

Great location, clean property

We loved the location for game day! This was great for two families and our kids. The only negative was the college kids who live downstairs banging on the ceiling whenever people were talking, walking around in the condo. (We couldn't hear them though other than the banging on the ceiling).
