“Elevator not working upon arrival and staff did not make us aware until after check in. My wife has health problems. I could barely make it up the steps had we known upon check-in about the elevator not working we rebooked a new room and they charge security deposit without telling us anything.”

“I am writing to formally express my disappointment regarding my recent stay. Due to a local soccer tournament, options were limited, otherwise, I would have checked out immediately. “The room and bathroom were clean, but there was a noticeable smell of cigarettes. The front door needed cleaning, and the bathroom door was also dirty. The bed sheets were clean, and the bed itself was comfortable. In a pinch, I would stay again — but I’d definitely bring some air freshener.”

“It was terrible, the hotel wasn't clean, the bed sheets had a human hair on it,the floor had crumbs, was never sweeped , the bathroom towels were dirty, this hotel is terrible, spoke to the front desk, she said no one is here to clean the room now,and if i don't like it i can go to a different hotel, that night there was a tornado, how did they expect me to leave in this kind of weather, I don't recommend staying in this hotel at all,nasty people, dirty place, not worthed the money ”
