“Nothing fancy, but clean room and friendly staff.”

“The room was spacious. Served our needs. They're working on modernizing. Room had some of that but needed more light. Hallway carpet needs replacing as smelled heavily of cigar. Was worth what we spent to get off the road for the evening and gentleman at the desk was friendly.”

“We ended up staying here because our VRBO host accidentally double booked and needed to cancel us last minute. It was frustrating, but Expedia was able to book this place for us on a busy Memorial Day / UD graduation weekend. We had two rooms - one for my husband and I and one for my Father in law. I misplace my key I Went to front desk for an new key they told me I need to pay 15$ for replacement of the key I told the front desk I don’t have 15$ for a key replacement he stated he can open my room door he don’t even ask for my ID I just given him my room number and he went and open my door!!!! “The room was not clean it was more so the smell from the blankets, the bathroom was dirty and hair was in the tub and a spider, the outside was nice. The young guy was cool but for the price it's not worth it honestly and I thought Delaware didn't tax. Also no one comes around to clean the rooms like normal motels do so don't look forward to getting a clean room.”
