The Space:
This peaceful 1-bedroom, two-storey apartment blends modern comfort with thoughtful design, offering everything you need for a relaxing stay. Whether you're here for business or leisure, this stylish retreat is the perfect base to unwind after a busy day of exploring or meetings.
The apartment features a Smart TV, unlimited WiFi, fresh towels, and bed linens, along with a welcome pack of starter amenities. We work with a top-tier cleaning service to ensure the apartment is spotless and ready for your arrival.
The spacious living area offers not one, but two cozy sofas, perfect for unwinding, along with a dining table for three—ideal for enjoying meals or catching up over a glass of wine. The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, microwave, and dishwasher, providing everything you need to feel at home. Step outside onto the lovely patio area, a perfect spot for a morning coffee or unwinding in the evenings.
For added convenience, the apartment includes a washing machine / dryer tucked away in a laundry nook making longer stays even more comfortable.
With secure underground parking available, you can explore Auckland at your leisure. We’re confident that this peaceful hideaway will provide the perfect environment to relax, recharge, and enjoy all that the vibrant city has to offer!

The Neighborhood:
Everything you need is within walking distance from the apartment! Here are some suggestions for things to see and do on your visit to Auckland:

The Viaduct - the best bars and restaurants in the city! The New Zealand Maritime Museum is here, as well as Silo Park where you can watch outdoor films for free in the evening. You can also catch ferries from here to the amazing islands in the Hauraki Gulf like Waiheke, Tiritiri Matangi, and Rangitoto, as well as go on a whale and dolphin safari.

Federal Street - next to the Sky Tower (you can't miss it!) There are a lot of really nice bars and restaurants and cafes in this street, as well as the Sky City Casino and of course the Sky Tower. Dine at the top of tower at restaurant with the best views in Auckland, and jump off the Sky Walk to get down

Aotea Square - Auckland's cultural centre. Surrounding the square you'll find the Town Hall, Aotea Centre, Event cinemas, and two theatres (The Civic and the Q). The square itself is a nice place to people watch and sip some coffee. An ice-rink is the main attraction here during winter.

Albert Park, Art Gallery and the Museum - Albert Park is a lovely place where you can chill and read, and the Auckland art gallery is next door on Wellesley Street. If you keep walking up Wellesley Street, past Auckland University, and across Grafton Road, you will eventually find Auckland Domain which is the biggest park in Auckland and has the Auckland War Memorial Museum, as well as an amazing botanical garden.

Karangahape Road (a.k.a 'K' Road) - If you head up the hill on Queen Street, you'll eventually reach K Road, where you'll find Auckland's alternative night scene. Many great bars, live music, shisha cafes, and cheap takeaways are what K Road is known for.

Ponsonby – If you head West of the CBD, you will find the Ponsonby area. There is old colonial-style architecture there, many great stores for shopping, restaurants, bars, and cafes. Some of the best restaurants in Auckland are here, especially great for fine dining as this is an up-market area of Auckland.

Apart from these mini adventures, Queen Street (main street the city) is filled with shops, bars, cafes, restaurants, live music venues, and more! Make sure you explore High Street as well, which lies just parallel to Queen Street. That whole area is very nice to walk, relax, or dine out in, and tends to be a bit cheaper than Queen Street if you want to do some shopping.

If you want to explore further Auckland then you can take a walk towards the Viaduct from the apartment. There you will find Britomart station. (Bus and train)

Getting Around:
There is the SkyBus to and from the Airport, or via taxi. For trains, buses, and ferries: Britomart bus and train station/Wynyard Wharf Ferry Terminal and Downtown Pier 4. You can also use the Lime Scooters to get around the city, as well as Uber (or Zoomy – NZ’s version of Uber).

Other Things to Note:
Monthly Stays: We have a 10% discount factored into the price if you book for 28 nights or more.

Key Pick-Up: The keys are located in a lockbox at the property. We will send you full check-in instructions on the morning of your arrival date

Parking: There is a free secure carpark in the building allocated to this apartment.

Personal Check-ins: We can arrange for someone to meet you at the apartment for a $65 fee. Please inquire before booking to check availability - we will need at least two days notice to guarantee someone can meet you.

Check-in Time: Check-in time is after 3pm. If you need to check-in earlier, then please double-check with us first so we can confirm availability.

Housekeeping: We can arrange extra weekly housekeeping during your stay if requested for the same price as the cleaning fee listed per clean. Stays longer than 21 days will be required to have a mid-stay clean at your expense. Please send us a message if you need extra cleaning as we will need to organise this with our housekeeping team.

Amenities: We provide a starter pack of amenities to last you the first few days of your stay 450ml shampoo and conditioner, 450ml bodywash, 2 x tea/coffee, 3 x toilet paper rolls, 1 pack of laundry powder, 1 pack of dishwashing powder, dishwashing liquid, cleaning spray and wipes) but you will need to purchase your own amenities after these run out. Please do not take the large refillable bottles provided as we’ll need to charge for replacement.

Linens: We provide a full set of linens for each bed and a face cloth and shower towel per guest. Extra linens can be provided for a fee. Please inquire before your stay.

Checkout Time: Checkout time is at 10am.

This is a professionally managed apartment so you can expect the very best in service, but please note it is not a serviced apartment. As above, weekly housekeeping can still be arranged as an extra service.

Interaction with Guests:
Our office hours are Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm NZ time and we will try to respond to your messages/email as soon as possible. You will be provided with an emergency 24/7 maintenance number as well in case you need that outside of our regular office hours.

Perfect location, great parking, nicely decorated

Excellent central spot in Auckland, super-close to getting on motorway going north/south/west, but very quiet, in a nice modern apartment complex with excellent underground parking. 10min walk into CBD from this quiet area. Apartment nicely decorated, appreciated the extra study room, ground floor entrance, and secure underground parking. We will stay there again any time we're in Auckland! Quick and professional check-in, check-out and communication with manager. Perfect!
