"Lovely clean room was ready before the check-in time staff were very helpful and cheerful. Very easy to get to the casino by using the lift and very close to the convention centre by using the airbridges"

"Loved our stay here. We were going to the Civic to watch a show, so it was very handy. Awesome customer service across the board. Great meals in the restaurant. Some of the interior is dated and could benefit from repairs but overall it was great. We'd go back again."
