“Great location and fun lobby but don’t expect any flexibility to their policies or availability of staff for anything beyond the basics. We had someone knock on our door at 1am and then throw a party next door. The entire hotel has concrete floors which carries sound. Went downstairs for some assistance, only to be locked out of the lobby. Called the phone numbers they suggested and still haven’t heard back 3 days later. Asked for a refund after not needing the night, and was told to call the...
