“Very kindly personal and good position”

“The rooms were extra small. We couldn’t get past each other at the end of the bed without one sitting down first on the bed. The closet wasn’t any better. The full length mirror. there was no way you could stand in front of it and adjust your clothes as it was too close to the bed.”

“I checked out earlier and now they will not give me money deposit back nor my money for checking out early and expedia was no help at all ”

“No housekeeping in our 3 nights there. Breakfast was loaded up early and honestly ending at 9am was already early in my opinion, then loading up all the food by 8:30 was slightly ridiculous because then i had to rush or get my juice off the cart. The hallways smelled like weed, the rooms looked like they probably had the same sheets on them and hadnt been washed. ”

“This hotel is gross. I paid for 2 nights but after the first night we just left and went to another hotel. The reviews were mostly good so I was very disappointed. The lady at the desk during check in was so sweet so I do want to note that. The hotel is undergoing renovations and there are no complaints about that. The room itself however was so gross. Someone else’s hair was wrapped up in in one of the towels. There was no comforter on my bed, the comforter on my daughter’s bed had a yellow...

“I tried to cancel this via Expedia, Mariott, and even the hotel itself, and was not able to with a refund. Shame on you!!!! I will NEVER use Expedia again. And since I am in my first year of retirement, I would say this was a poor decision by your company to not give me a refund.”
