“STAFF WERE FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. ONLY REAL COMPLAINT IS THAT I AM A SHORT PERSON AND THE SHAMPOO AND CONDITIONER WERE TOTALLY OUT OF MY REACH. THE LOCATION FOR THESE ITEMS DOESN'T MAKE SENSE TO ME AS EVEN AN AVERAGE HEIGHT PERSON WOULD BE STRETCHING. ”

“I have the room 2002 and it’s so bad. There's a hole in the floor when you enter the room. The bathroom is full of mold and super dirty , terribly cleaned, and the carpet is filthy. This is not a Marriott standard cleaning. ”

“Nothing here helped me relax. First room was okay, but fridge had food leftover from previous occupant and ceiling leaked over the bedside table. Second room was clearly a smoking room - it reeked of cigarette smoke and linens had cigarette burns. Shower did not work in second room. “For an inexpensive hotel, this was pretty good. There were a few things that could have been better: there was only one trash can in the suite, the toilet paper holder was broken. On the positive side there was an ice maker in the refrigerator and the suite was two stories with ample sleeping options.”

“Upon arrival my non smoking room was a smoking room. Finally get them to change it after they said they couldnt. The 1st room the key wouldnt unlock so the manager had to unlock with his manual key. He said he could just let me in every time i needed in my room. I requested a different room. He finally agreed. The 2nd room reaked of cigarettes. The blanket had cigarette holes all over it. He said it was a nonsmoking room. The microwave was diagusting. It dropped in the 50s at night and the heat...
