“Shuttle was a great idea, saved money”

“It was our understanding that the hotel had changed management, while staff were pleasant, there were just somethings we observed, the fan in the bathroom was low, there was no trash can in the bathroom, no cream for coffee the the room, the elevator lights didn’t work, the breakfast buffet area were guest stand in line was congested, sausage was dry and like rubber, food and condiments needed to be monitored just to remain full.”

“The lobby area was nice and clean. The room was clean with one remote for two televisions. The cleaning staff use the same elevator as the guests. That was terrible because they loaded the elevator and the guests had to wait for the next. Which by the way was super super slow between only 3 floors. SMH It was an ok stay, I wouldn't choose this hotel again though.”

“Not a clean hotel for me needs some upgrades & it had a very bad smell & as we was going to look at the room. One of the owners was going up there to spray some smell goods in the room acting like he had the wrong room.Well the jokes on you not my type of hotel.”

“Property had recent flood damage and extremely loud remediation fans were on all night long in the hallways. Room smelled like a wet dog and like the previous guest smoked in it. Walls and doors had animal scratches all over them. Do not stay at this property”

“My room I reserved was not even what I ordered. I reserved a room with king size bed and they gave me two queens instead for same pricing for one night as the king. Stains on tv remote and the tv stand. The tv wasn’t working, room was hot and stuffy. No soap at all for the shower. Overall this place was a rip off for the quality of my stay. I would stay away from this location for other travelers passing through.”

“Even though the room was clean, it did have an odor. The TV came on but was frozen. Staff were all amazing on every shift. Breakfast was full continental. Eggs, sausage, pancakes, etc. It was probably the most quiet hotel I have been to in a long time, especially considering the part of town it's in. I was concerned when we arrived, but not upset when I left.”

“Crappy service they didnt really care cost 50 extra dollars after booking online could not cancel or get a refund pool was covered and nasty drove up to a car being dtf swatted in the parking lot! Immediately took my family and went to holiday inn”

“This is not a review that complains for silly self serving reasons, or let off steam. We literally got to the room and a drawer had been ripped from the dresser and batteries from the smoke detector were missing. We'd never been to Memphis before. Getting in from Arkansas to the West was deplorable. Nothing felt maintained. Roads were difficult to navigate and dimly lit. We didn't know the area next to the airport was rough. “Room: clean and nicely updated. Complimentary bottle water, coffee & tea, in room. Micro fridge was cold a/c was cold. Bathroom: complimentary shampoo, conditioner & body wash, makeup mirror & motion sensor night light in bath area. Bed: bed was good, pillows were soft and firm to sleep on. Things that need improvement: Black out curtains didn’t close all the way so I got the lovely sunshine early in the morning. Toilet was small...
